The newsletter with the Cyberman 1.1 freebie link has not been sent yet, according to whoever from BF answered me on their Facebook page. Once the complete set is released on May 14, surely the pricing for the standalone second series will be adjusted to 15.00? As for the inevitable release of the latest newsletter, perhaps Big Finish is wagering on new followers signing up before sending it out. The 12.00 Cyberman 1.1-1.4 download bundle won't be the most economic option for those utilizing the Scorpius promo code. And if you noticed, the final artwork was unveiled a day after the complete set was announced.

And there's a bundle that is 1.2-1.4. It doesn't include 1.1, if someone has gotten the freebie. The series one bundle will be good for folks who want it and have missed out on the freebie.

The series one bundle will be good for folks who want it and have missed out on the freebie. Or, you could buy them all individually and save yourself 4 pennies.

Yes, I too noticed that the bundle isn't much of a discount.

It's a great series. Very underrated. I,for various reasons, ended up with a couple of spares of the whole lot and when I put them on ebay - with 99p starts I should add, I don't like scalpers - and was quite amazed with the results. I think I did it just in time. Unless someone really wants to get the nice foil slipcase, Season 2 and 1.1 have just had their secondary value slashed Good for fans who have been waiting for this.

Funny this. BF have lost some of my money, for now, as I'll be waiting for I, Davros and Dalek Empire and UNIT box sets. However, I doubt I can hold off for long. UNIT and Davros are such small series, with such low prices there's no way they could do budget boxsets. They'd be giving the stuff away.

The standing orange discs look more like a booklet, perhaps with individual synopses and cast lists. My biggest complaint about this form of packaging is that you don't get the individual cast lists.

Yes, that would make more sense (and they don't have the black line around the edges that the rest of the discs do)

As someone who bought the original pressings, I'm still hoping BF gives us the bonus download features that are to be bundled with this edition.
Cheers

For those of us who have already bought the original pressings of series 1 & 2, it would appear that we will not get the new documentary as a bonus download. It seems like this is a bonus purely for this set and new purchasers only . Cheers Tony EDIT: This is based on conjecture as BF haven't commented

Extra disc is good... but doesn't demand you buy it.

Just checked the download folder, and was a little disappointed that the individual covers for the original printings aren't in it. Does anyone have high-res copies of the covers for Series 2? I've found some for Series 1, but I'm struggling for the other

Does anyone know if the price is increasing on this one? Normally when the listing says "web special price" it is going to go up in price later.

I think there was a box set with the first four Eighth and Charley stories, along with behind the scenes interviews. It was a while ago and isn't available for purchase through Big Finish anymore. One copy popped up on a New Zealand auction site recently, I was outbid though. I've got one of these I keep meaning to put on eBay.
