Until BF can persuade the real Twelve to return, that'll do nicely! (Watched the demo - with my eyes shut, very good indeed and no doubt improving as the voice gets that 'lived-in look' over time. ) Wonder who the guest actors will be...?

Hopefully Dudman's Capaldi impression has improved since the video above.
Despite not being sold on the Chronicles idea as it turned out I really enjoyed his tenth and Eleventh Doctors in the other Chronicles he did (much more than I did Briggs' Ninth Doctor, to be honest), but what was really impressive was his range and his ability to fill out the other roles all with distinct voices that didn't all sound like variations on a theme, or like they were all coming from the same actor.
As such I'll still give this set a shot, but at the moment more because I think Dudman is a pretty great narrator and audio performer, rather than because I expect a flawless Twelfth Doctor impression of any kind.

Hmm. In terms of TARDIS team gaps, there's Dodo of course who's never had a full-cast story. And Dorney script edits that. Maybe Sladen but BF said recently that they're not recasting Sladen anytime soon. Or perhaps it's a gap between companions.

Another Tom recording? He does have an opening. You're all assuming it is Dr Who I was thinking it was probably in relation to the Tweet earlier up thread from Mark Wright saying some "childhood heroes" were recording on the same day Dorney Tweeted his piece. It's plausible enough they're talking about the same thing, and it's therefore likely to be Doctor Who related (unless anyone knows which other ranges Dorney script edits?). I know they sometimes record multiple things on a single day, but that seems to be a pretty infrequent thing.

Or else a new license/franchise we're not aware of?
But I'm only being argumentative for sake of it, you're quite right that it's more than likely Dr Who

I wonder if it’s the last story in this year’s Sixie MR Trilogy. Hopefully written by Nev Fountain, and starring all five versions of Peri, as well as Brian Blessed too!

I think perhaps Baker wasn't teasing and he genuinely was curious.

Is Mr. Dorney still the script editor for the Early Adventures? Most of the clues somehow made me think of William Russell, although that could easily be just my wishful thinking.
