Getting rather nervous about the Brexit referendum on Thursday, neither campaign has been very informative or inspiring so far, and I highly doubt the majority of the British public has been truly informed of the actual benefits/negatives, the newspapers are mostly full of biased, empty rhetoric and the politicians seem to be more concerned with arguing with each other and scaring voters that giving out hard facts. I've made up my mind which way I'm voting, but it looks to close to call atm...as a 24 year old who never asked for or desperately wanted this referendum, I'm getting rather nervous about the results which could shape the next 60 years of my life for better or worse... ...And on a more cheerful note...it's not raining! *Felt compelled to edit this two days later...it's been raining almost all day!

Whatever will be will be my friend i learned worrying about a problem doesn't change it, i think Britain will stay in because the media have made it look like we'll be on bread & water if we leave. Personally I'm voting to leave but each to his own.

As an American, I don't really know or care much about whether or not Britain stays in the EU, but everything I know about Brexit comes from John Oliver.

Personally I'm voting to leave but each to his own. Unfortunately it's gone the same way as the General Election Campaigns, dirty tricks and mis-information on both sides. I'm particularly annoyed that Cameron hasn't stayed neutral. No matter his own personal thoughts (and voting direction), as Prime Minister he should have been saying "no matter the vote, I'll do the best I can for Britain" and offer to work with both sides (whoever wins), not coming out with "all doom and gloom". He can leave that to others and his integrity would be intact. However I vote on Thursday, I have no respect for him. Cheers Tony

I am nervous too, I want it to be the right outcome, but to be honest the jokers involved heading both camps are an embarrassment. i knew which way I was voting, before the referendum was announced, I have seen my world go from relative prosperity, to poverty & fear. I feel a stranger in my own city now. Mostly as a result of uncontrolled immigration for the last 15 years. i am no racist or bigot, but transient labour is no way to keep community's or the country together. thats what needed reforming before this referendum, but sadly it's just in or out & that won't sort the issue which ever side wins. europe is a great idea, but the EU is not sadly. You just have to look at the way the euro zones have treated Greece to realise it's the people who suffer at the expense of capitalism. but I don't think there will be any winners from this, people are getting fed up with out of touch polical party's with their own agendas

I'm really worried that the uk will leave the eu.
I voted ages ago... by post... And I'm just really worried we will leave and become an even smaller place.
Scotland and Ireland will leave the union. And... Basically people will be rounded up and taken to the tunnel...
Like turn left without the nuke/crashed ship over London

But probably not. but half of the country wanting out means they are doing something wrong, what ever the outcome those at the top need to listen! as I said leaving will not sort the problems, but nukin Westminster might

Cheers Tony And I'm sure the Germans would have been shocked if they knew about what was done in their name. Some of the out campaign want nothing short of ethnic clensing. Britain for the British? OK. .. let's all go away exert for the Welsh... who are the last indigenous people... It's terrifying. The e u represents. Peace in Europe. Yes. I don't believe in a single curently. .. all eggs on one basket... so I'm not a federalist but I really do believe in Europe. Our g d p will fall. The financial gains out way the loss... And can you honestly see business and government giving the NHS 350 million? The British invented the consentration camp... we can be a tribe vindictive people... For bad things to happen it only takes good people to do nothing.

It is very scary, but I have to believe that we live in a totally different world now and that the British people would not allow things like that to happen again! Either way, it's uncertain what will happen Cheers Tony

Martin Lewis (moneysavingexpert) has an interesting blog about the whole thing and it's worth a read as it attempts to cut throught the crap that's being spouted by boith sides. This image from it sums things up quite nicely (and can be used for most of the for/against reasons Cheers Tony

Sorry tony. I'm just worried. That's all. I'm not good with change. And the people I've seen in the street with VOTE OUT. Are just a bit Scarry. and the IN ones are not! Mr G Osbourne is the scariest (insert swear word) in the country. we seem to accept national pride when it comes to Scotland, Ireland or Wales, but stick a guy in a St Georges cross or union jack tee-shirt and it becomes a problem. I am not saying that The questionable minority are not attracted to this camp but it is a minority. I have been threated, begged at & mugged at by more Eastern Europeans in my town centre & out locally than I ever have by anyone else. transient population mean crimes committed by them are almost impossible to solve and convict! the out camp gained ground because more & more have less to lose. If this referendum had been held 10 years ago, the out come would have been a lot less close.
