Minuet In Hell, The Boy That Time Forgot (Let's say that I won't listen to it a third time, since I just re-listened to it), Unbound: Exile, Pier Pressure. There might be few more that I can't think of.
I haven't listened to Nekromanteia or The Dark Husband even once because of what I've heard about these stories.

bernice summerfield adventures vol 01, sapphire & steel mystery missing hour, exile, dark husband, Valhalla, my mother was an alien....., wildthyme at large, devil & mrs wildthyme & Maltese penguin
most of these are really anymore instead of second listen.....i think with the exception of summerfield vol 01 (which is my most hated & disappointing release) most of these i have listen to at least twice just to give them a second /third chance.....
but considering just how many titles there are that's pretty good going

There are a few that I would choose to ignore for my own head cannon rather than any harsh judgement on their quality, although that is obviously somewhat implicit in the decision making. Others are not YUK I'm never listening to that again. Just those that you make zero effort to return to.
Afterlife
Lurkers on sunlights edge or whatever it was called
Minuet is one of those that are so bad it draws you back.
Stones of Venice maybe
Ever After in Dorian Gray

Oz. That was dreadful IMO I wouldn't call it dreadful, but it definitely wasn't one of the better adaptations of that story. That said, I wouldn't put it on heavy rotation.

Oh really? That's a shame. I bought it in the sale not too long ago but haven't got(ten!) around to listening to it yet.

Oz. That was dreadful IMO Hmm. Not good. When it first came out I had no desire to buy this. I've read the original and I'm not a fan. But when it was on sale a few weeks ago I decided to get it at the last minute. I had a feeling I'd be sorry. I haven't listened yet, but I don't have a lot of expectations of it being good. (Even though I love most things Scott Handcock directs. Which is probably why I caved and bought it.)

Martian Chronicles was a complete waste of time and money. ^^ This ^^ I'd also put the Unbound story Exile in to that catagory too; it's by far the worst Big Finish Doctor Who release ever... well, for me anyway!

The Dark Husband is just......boring. It doesn't even manage to annoy me.
May be the only one I've actually skipped in my re-(re re re?) listens of the main range. Might add some though.
1963: Fanfare for the Common Men. Kinda dull. I dunno. I appreciate the work that went into it, but the story itself? Eh.. kind of stretching to fit the idea of a building it around a fake band with "real" songs.
Absolution isn't so great.
Boy that time forgot isn't so great.
Shadow of the scourge is kinda dull.
Eh....

I could almost listen to The Boy That Time Forgot again as long as it's some stray timeline separate from main continuity or it involves The Master cloning people behind the scenes or something (anything). I otherwise cannot reconcile it with my headcanon. Thankfully though that is most of what comes to mind for things I can't bear to hear again. Oz. That was dreadful IMO I wouldn't call it dreadful, but it definitely wasn't one of the better adaptations of that story. That said, I wouldn't put it on heavy rotation. I'm giving it points in advance for Lizzie Hopley, Dan Starkey, and No Singing. Bagging on musicals (it's one of my hobbies) ;-) aside, it will simply be the first adaptation of Oz I've been exposed to that isn't a musical, so I'm still expecting it to be a worthwhile change of pace for that.

I've heard Oz about 100 times with the kids.
It's okay. There are some really good performances. Does feel more childish than some BF output but that's because of the story.
Dan Starkey almost steals the show.
