Actually, I think they would all do well in those respective stories.

Arrangements for War would have been fascinating for the Eleventh Doctor, primarily because of that final scene between Sixy and Evelyn where she convinces him not to go through with rewriting what happened on Világ. Their lives were better for his interference and to deny them that ultimate tragedy would rob them all the joy they had before then. "I cannot go back and change things that have happened just to suit myself," he says at the beginning. Whatever people may say, Doctor Who was a very, very different show once upon a time.
I'd say Project: Lazarus too, but... I don't think I'd give away the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn for anyone. Colin and Maggie make it absolutely heartbreaking in a way I don't think I've really felt in a Big Finish audio since.
The Bride of Peladon for the First Doctor, Ian and Barbara could have been interesting.

Someone once said Nekromanteia would have worked with a darker TARDIS team, ie. Seven-Ace-Benny.
My first thought was actually one I had while watching TV: namely that Listen could have been a Big Finish story. I actually tried reworking some of the dialogue once (probably on my computer somewhere) to make it Ace and the Seventh Doctor visiting a young Thomas Schofield.

I dread to think how Scherzo would have gone with Peri and the 6th Doctor still in strangling mode...

The Dark Husband with the Season 19 or 21 teams would work.
Six and Peri in Red
Six or Eight in Axis of Insanity
Seven in Assassin in the Limelight
Eight and Lucie in Destroy the Infinite and maybe Destination Neva
4th in Grand Theft Cosmos, Hot House, Horror of Glam Rock

The Fourth Doctor in The Condemned. I imagine he'd be a lot more flippant about Charley's presence in his TARDIS and I don't particularly see the fallout in The Raincloud Man playing out the same way with Tom at the helm, but it'd be interesting to see the dynamic between Charley and the Fourth Doctor. I imagine she'd take to the Fourth Doctor a lot quicker than she did the Sixth.
LIVE 34 would also be pretty interesting with the Fourth Doctor. I could easily see Leela as the "Rebel Queen" and maybe instead of having the Doctor run for office, it'd be K-9. I think it'd change the whole tone of the story, though, to have the Fourth Doctor in it, but it would be a fun romp all the same.
The Fifth Doctor in the Klein trilogy would be another interesting dynamic, I think.

Not if the Fourth Doctor was doing what Hex was... LIVE 34 would be pretty bleak even with Four, Leela and K9.

Okay not another Doctor but what if there was a dalek in Scherzo. The Doctor and Dalek walking hand & plunger into an unknown universe. Just imagine. And before you think this "what if scenario" is completely random Rob Shearman drew a dalek on my Scherzo CD hence this very random thought process.
