I find myself with a bumper crop of audios pre-ordered for February. My honest thoughts:
I'm finding the character of Leela rather over-used and so I am not as enthused about The War Doctor set as I otherwise might be.
The Fourth Doctor's adventures' 'The Eternal Battle', with the Sid Sutton title-sequence side-bar and Peter Howell theme version, I hope bears at least some resemblance to the style of Series 18, from which it appears to be taken.
Very much looking forward to 'The Contingency Club' because it sounds highly intriguing, and succeeds in evoking memories of The Fifth Doctor's early adventures, if the previous 'Star Men' story is anything to go by. Adric's re-evaluation continues.
Tim Treloar's excellent Third Doctor gets a Short Trips outing in 'Gardener's World', which sounds great fun.
Finally for me, the jewel in the crown, Dark Shadows' release another anthology story collection. These releases have proven to be excellent mini-sodes, and this features (among others) original cast member Nancy Barrett and new cast member Matthew Waterhouse. Perfect late-night listening. Get the kettle on!

It's a much smaller month than I recalled.

Dark Shadows Phantom Melodies sounds like it's going to be a fantastic collection, and I think The War Doctor with the Warrior of the Sevateem is a brilliant pairing both in terms of characters and performers, so those are probably the ones I'm most excited about. A very good month for DW releases in general, though, with 3rd, 4th and 5th Doctor stories and more Adric. Might have a go at Cicero also since it sounds intriguing and is priced very attractively.

The only thing I'm not getting is the Dark Shadows release. War Doctor and the Invisible Man would have to top my list for the month.

I also added the Feb Short Trips. Really enjoyed the last one read by Tim Treloar.

The Invisible Man, The Eternal Battle, The War Doctor and The Contingency Club are all releases I'm equally looking forward to quite a lot. Cicero is intriguing and something I might pick up when I have some spare change in the future. As for Dark Shadows and Pathfinders, I just don't have the funds to keep up with those ranges in addition to Doctor Who and its spinoffs, Dorian Gray and Blake's 7 (which I've only just started).

I'll add The Invisible Man to my list. It'll be bittersweet listening to that one and the War Doc Vol 4.
Cheers
