(Apologies to whiskeybrewer for starting this thread when you've created all the others)
What would you like to see/hear Big Finish do in regards to future stories with McGann's 8th Doctor either in the not to distant, or the far future?
What existing, hinted at or incomplete story points and arcs you'd like them to address or return to?
Which existing companions would you like to hear more of?
What would you want from a new companion?
What Novel Adaptions you'd like them to do, if Big Finish decides to do more?
Anything else?

I'd like to see more of just Paul McGann and Nicola Walker not that I'm not a fan of Hattie Morahan (bad spelling I think) but I just really love that partnership and don't feel it's reached its entire potential. It doesn't have to be across four box sets maybe just one? It was one of the best elements of Dark Eyes 4 and i just don't feel Helen Sinclair has been responsible for anything extra ordinary yet.
I don't feel that keen for any novel adaptations for the 8th Doctor to be entirely honest, I've only read the Eight Doctors and Kurssal and from what I've heard about the others, none of them are begging for an audio adaptation.

My list, both unlikely and inevitable: -Another Company of Friends style anthology (though given his huge number of companions, a boxset might be more interesting) -A return to the Main Range for another run of stories with Mary (3 and 1/4 stories doesn't seem enough given they travelled together for 'years') -A Samson and Gemma boxset or two (from there single appearance it's hard to judge how much mileage there would be in the characters, but returning to 8's earlier years would make a welcome break from the doom and gloom as the time war approaches, I wonder if he would take a more paternal approach with siblings involved?) -Baker and McGann made a hillarious double act in TLATE and another multi doctor story with the two would be very welcome -More Fitz, no disrespect to BF intended, but he is in my eyes, the quintessential 8th Doctor companion, he and the doctor have a very different relationship to most of McGann's audio companions, I thought Matt Di Angelo did a great job of bringing him to life, there's still great scope for new stories with the two i.m.o -This may just be me, but I can't help but feel that Orbis {Spoiler} didn't quite explore the tragic circumstances of the Doctor's 600 year long sojourn as much as I expected, a flashback story or two exploring this in greater detail would be very interesting... -On a similar note I'd LOVE for EDA Adaptations to happen eventually, there's a number of Classic stories that would lend themselves well to an audio adaptation, and the Doctor goes through extremely traumatic and interesting events over the course of the novels that would also leave lots of room for expansion or new stories (his century long exile on earth would be a goldmine for new stories)

If they could get the rights to Grace Holloway and get Daphne Ashbrook to return I'd love a series of early Eighth Doctor adventures with her.

As with most of the other responses i think it would be nice to get away from the doom & gloom of the impending Time War & have a few light hearted adventures back when the 8th Doctor was still young!
Samson & Gemma really need fleshing out & Mary Shelley feels like she need another trilogy to finish off her story properly as she traveled with 8 for years.
Also I'd like another trilogy with Charley set before the divergent universe arc.

I would just really like some one off stories with Eight. As with so many others I miss his lighthearted self. I think there was more of that side of him in the last DC boxset, but I guess I'm just selfish and want some more that aren't part of an over-arching storyline.
More Lucie MIller is always a good thing. I'm really looking forward to her Short Trips, however a proper romp with her and the Doctor would be a wonderful treat.

I'd like some of the more upbeat eighth Doctor. I'd like an adaptation of War of the Daleks (dunno who I'd cast as Sam).

I'd love to hear a younger, more romantic & swashbuckling 8th Doctor for at least a little while. A straight ahead comedy with McGann would be rather a lot of fine I think. Oh and a team up of 8, Martha Jones & Mickey Smith could be a lot of fun. I'd also like to see how Ace & 8 would react to each other for a few stories.

I'm in favor of exploring his time with Samson and Gemma, some full-cast adventures with Lucie, and NEW adventures with his EDA novel companions. I miss the lighter, romantic Eighth Doctor, like many other people on this thread.

An adaptation of Father Time would send me over the moon! I read the Lance Parkin 8th Doctor books they re-issued a few years ago and fell in love with this one.

The Eighth Doctor on audio has never had a companion I didn't want to hear more from. Although I am not a fan of Terror Firma, so have no real desire to listen to more Samson and Gemma. But if they made them I would listen to them!
This year and next year seems fairly set for Paul McGann at Big Finish, so I don't know how practical it would be to get some Missing Adventure releases with him.
But I love the idea of his old self with Mary or Charley turning up in a current Eighth Doctor adventure somehow. A multi-Doctor story with the same Doctor!
And as I have said (too) many times I would love some companion chronicle style releases for the Eighth Doctor.

Some stories with novel and comic strip companions like Sam, Fitz, Compassion, Anji, Trix or Destrii.
A C'rizz Companion Chronicle or Short Trip. With his unique mental state it'd be fascinating to get a first person perspective. Make the character stand out and make him more than generic companion or third wheel and gooseberry.

Yes, this is what I want to see happen with the 8th Doctor releases most too. Have Grace Holloway change her mind after the TV Movie and travel with the Doctor for a bit. Eric Roberts' Master would be nice too;even if he wasn't that brilliant a Master it would be good just for the sake of Big Finish being able to use his incarnation. I'd most like to see the 8th Doctor VS the Daleks though. Some Lost Stories that were planned for the 8th Doctor's first series would be nice too.

Yeah, if they ever get the rights to Grace and/or any of the story drafts/outlines for McGann's planned series they could rework them into a 'Phillip Seagal presents' lost season of sorts, the 8th Doctor seemed to half some preminition of Grace's future success and I defintely feel there's room for a few more stories there. It may just be me being completist, but as Mary's Story (amongst others) seemed to confirm the comics and novels (or at least some of the characters and events of them) are part of the same continuity as the audios I'd like some sort of confirmation as to where everything fits in...

I'd genuinely love to know what Phillip Segal had in mind for an 8th Doctor series, so i would definitely buy a boxset based on his ideas. An Eric Roberts Master solo return is possible, providing he gets returned to the Eye. Maybe they could expand on the Gallifrey Chronicles idea that the Master was able to create his own little dominion down the plug hole, as it were, and the 8th Doctor becomes trapped in there for some reason. Echoes of Deadly Assassin perhaps? You could even include Grace and Chang-Lee, rights permitting.

I like that idea (If I'm totally honest I preffered Robert's master to Simm's...), or alternatively they could just reunite McGann with his TV Movie co-stars playing different characters...

C'rizz was a great concept, and an OK companion, that was shakily handled. I reckon a short trip or two could really do wonders. Big Finish often work retro-active context into Classic Who to amend and enhance stories (I imagine they'll have a field day with Series 5-7), so it would be nice to get a short story that gives the original Eighth Doctor continution the same treatment.

One thing I do wonder is if they would have explored the half human idea more or if it would have remained a throwaway line connected to the conclusion of the TV Movie.

I wonder how feasible new stories with old companions really are for McGann's Doctor at the moment?-he's a very busy man, and both him and the writers seem keen to push his Doctor forward, maybe McGann himself simply prefers the darker storylines, and isn't overkeen on returning to the more light-hearted stories (didn't he almost quit after the Divergent Universe stuff?)
On the other hand, now they have the rights to New Who, McGann isn't their current Doctor anymore and there might not as big a risk of alienating new listeners if they return to old periods in 8's life...
