I was wondering if anyone has had SagePay problems in the past and if there was anything to do about them? Today, the Sage Pay3D verification page would not load and ultimately my Big Finish order was declined because of this.
I have sent sales@bigfinish a note about this, but I thought I'd ask here to see if there is any known wisdom. It might be that my browser (Chrome) isn't getting along with the site anymore. The 3D verification has worked in the past.

Thanks, Neil Not had a problem with it but the one time I was buying stuff and my bank was doing updates or whatever I switched to Paypal and that worked fine.

All the pay sites have issues from time to time, not least because they have to be very sensitive possible hacking etc Try again tomorrow, the problem will most likely have resolved itself.

This time I managed to get a screen capture of the error, which I have now sent to Big Finish. Maybe they will have some insight with that.

If it's a random Sage Pay problem, which does happen from time to time, there's probably little BF can do about it.

I had exactly the same problem on Tuesday, emailed them a screenshot too. I wanted to know the order had failed before trying again (so I didn't double order) - I had a reply 40 minutes later confirming it had failed, so I tried to re-order and it went through successfully.

I am glad to know that it goes away for some people. I guess I will have to keep on trying.

I changed from Chrome to Firefox and split my order up into two smaller orders. The first order went through without any problem and then the second one did. So, that's a relief.
