Okay i have some money coming in the next few weeks (Thank you Grandma and Granddad), and i wanted some help on deciding on what i should get next/first from Big Finish when the time comes.
The choices i have are:
Bernice Summerfield - Series 1-3 The Companion Chronicles - Series 3 Main Range - 12 story Sub from 58 - 69 The Lost Stories - Series 2 The Novel Adaptions - All of them lol
Of those five choices, which one should i go for Next/First?

Well my sense of completion would guide me to go with the main range sub, but man, are there some great stories in the other selections.

MR Sub (if only had the cash a couple of weeks ago!)
CC Series 3 (Maghoghy Murders, Doll of Death, Transit of Venus, a lot of classics in that series)
if you have anything left LS series 2
(Farewell Great Macedon is Excellent and "Season 27"7th Doc Ace and Ranie)

You should also consider what's likely to come up in the next few sales ... (sorry, I realise this won't help lol)
Cheers

In terms of sales, I think there is a good chance of The Lost Stories sale tomorrow; if not, then it should be about this time next month I think Bernice Summerfield is around June-ish, The Companion Chronicles will be in September, and The Novel Adaptations may be October. Main Range titles were a month or so ago. In terms of what I've heard, Companion Chronicles: Series 3 has some very good stories, the Main Range sub has some goods ones in it, and can recommend the stories from the Novel Adaptations that were in the Limited Edition releases. The box sets from The Lost Stories: Series 2 are both pretty good (I include The Fourth Doctor Box Set in that series myself), though I wouldn't go out of my way for the 7/Ace/Raine stories over the others. I'm yet to hear any of the Bernice Summerfield range. I hope that is even in some way vaguely useful

Depends what style you like best,
If it's full cast.....then main range, but there are some in the novel adaptions that are really worth considering.....damaged goods, cold fusion & love & war
If you like readings then then the companion chronicals are great although series three has some of the best, home truths mahogany murders & transit but others that are more forgettable.
The lost stories are a mixed bag too, the 7th doc & raine are a bit marmite I liked them all although there are many who think they are the worst.... Farewell is a masterpiece but fragrance is a bit hmmmmm. The daleks is ok but prison is less than spectacular.
I would say that leave benny for a later.......or a sale
But what ever you decide......enjoy

They are all reasonably good selections but if it was my choice I'd go for the Main Range sub #58 - #69.

The consensus so far, leads me to think that Ill go for the MR Sub for 58-69 and keep an eye on sales for the others then keep the suggestions coming mind, cause i may change my mind but so far this is where it stands

Just one thought, isn't a main range sub 13 stories? No it probably should be but its still either 6 (without a free up to £10.99 story of your choice), or 12 plus a free up to £10.99 story of your choice.

I think out of those choices I enjoyed the Novel Adaptations most, followed by Lost Stories s2, and then the Main Range selections. I don't know if everyone liked the Lost Story set as much as I did though.

Absolutely, John Dorney as Alexander the Great is spellbinding. Absolutely. The best lost story BY FAR I dunno about it being the best lost story - too many good Sixth Doctor stories and an absolutely spectacular Fourth Doctor story as well - but it's an absolute must have for anyone who likes the First Doctor.

Ok, ive put Benny off so I cant go there. Series 3 of CC does feature Jago & Litefoot, so it has to be in the running The MR choices could actually sell out one day, has to be a consideration Lost Stories series 2 includes 2 box sets, and some really good 7th doctor stories introducing Raine And The Novel adaptations are why I got involved with BF to start with. HMMM...Decisions, Decisions, Decisions....Dude you have a Sheldon Cooper type problem...BUT WHAT A NICE PROBLEM TO HAVE!!!!!!!

Absolutely. The best lost story BY FAR I dunno about it being the best lost story - too many good Sixth Doctor stories and an absolutely spectacular Fourth Doctor story as well - but it's an absolute must have for anyone who likes the First Doctor. Even if you don't particularly like the 1st Doctor. I agree that it's a masterful story and one of the best things Big Finish has done.
