possession is nine-tenths of the law!!!End of argument. Ive always wondered... what exactly does that mean Possession is nine-tenths of the law is an expression meaning that ownership is easier to maintain if one has possession of something,(in this case said Fish and Chip shop) or difficult to enforce if one does not(In this case Mcdonalds)

I was talking about this with my driving instructor today and he reckons it's just people over-reacting. Car parking is the same as it was before; Hungry Horse/Papa's fish and chips parking on the right and McDonald's parking on the left. Only difference is that the new owners of the Hungry Horse building (now Papa's) are enforcing it whereas HH never really cared to do so.

Where I live there are several other fast food places around MacDonalds, but MacDonalds is the only one with a car park. People using their car park are not allowed/supposed to visit any of the other nearby places... Kind of makes this argument redundant, doesn't it?
