The team discovers that the girl is called Freda, but can find out nothing else. Yet when she speaks, it's a strange mix of English and Icelandic, but with a Cardiff accent. While Jack and Ianto check out the girl's weapon and her blood sample at the Hub, Gwen and PC Andy take Freda to a safe house.
But when Jack calls with the results - and Freda goes on the run - PC Andy finds his world turning upside down.

The one where I finally got PC Andy.
He's actually very good at his job and its a showcase of how important a degree of empathy is.

Andy often gets shown as a bit of a bumbling fool in the show, but it's good to show that he's actually a competent police officer who's just a bit out of his depth when it comes to the whole Torchwood thing. I'll be looking forward to seeing if Torchwood's asylum policy is going to play any part in Aliens Among Us.
