There have been plenty of stories where there are songs written for them. Let's name as many as we can.
Doctor Who: The Scorchies Jago & Litefoot: Encore of the Scorchies Iris Wildthyme: Comeback of the Scorchies Dark Shadows: The Flip Side (The Better Side can also be heard in Beneath the Veil, Beyond the Grave, The Harvest of Souls and Deliver Us From Evil) The Confessions of Dorian Gray: The Lord of Misrule (the song can also be heard in Blank Canvas and Iris Wildthyme: Looking for a Friend) Doctor Who: Bang-Bang-a-Boom! (the setting is the Intergalactic Song Contest after all) Doctor Who and the Pirates Doctor Who: The Wormery (the instrumental track for the song becomes the Iris theme music for series 2-4) Torchwood: torchwood_cascade_CDRip.tor (bits of it play during the story, and it can be heard more fully at the end after the crisis is stopped) Bernice Summerfield: The Worst Thing in the World Bernice Summerfield: Year Zero (the Sky Riders jingle is also in the Epoch box set) Doctor Who: The Ratings War (the Beep and Friends theme really is infectious)

How on Earth could I forget Fanfare for the Common Men? They say if you really lived the 60s, you can't remember them. The rule must apply to audios about the 60s too.

Also, Her Final Flight and Relative Dimensions. Wasnt Relative Dimensions carol singing? It was an original, festive-sounding choral piece.

Wasnt Relative Dimensions carol singing? It was an original, festive-sounding choral piece. I clearly haven't heard enough choral pieces to recognise original compositions when I hear them. There's a choral piece in Signs and Wonders as well.
