I picked up J&L Volume 11. I've listened to all the J&L on Spotify and have been waiting for a sale.

Paradox Planet and Cold Fusion are surprise Winners for me clearly Multi Doc stories appeal to the broader audience and always will.
Edit
Curious Prices
Best VFM IMO are J&L Series 11, Cold Fusion, Quicksilver, Ravelli Conspiracy. Regards

Very good choices. (Which of course means I agree with most of them! ) 'Quicksilver' was my favourite MR story in a strong year (and great to see the Sixth Doctor win the poll, as he should!) and 'The Ravelli Conspiracy' is simply brilliant; clever, funny, full of splendid performances and recaptures the Donald Cotton historicals perfectly. My favourite BF release of 2016. (And that means just ahead of 'Quicksilver', 'The Two Masters' and 'The Sontarans', crumbs! but true.)

There's no mention in the news item that Paradox Planet is part one of a two part story. That's a bit odd. Don't you have to go to the page to add it to your cart? It does say so there that the story is continued. Looks like a bit of YMMV - I thought the first two 10th Doctor Stories, especially Time Reaver, had quite a bit on Death & the Queen (well worth taking the plunge and getting the whole set, IMHO), and I'm really rather surprised that Quicksilver was the top pick from Main Range stories although it is very good. I'm also surprised by the Torchwood selection although I'm sure it's a worthy one. On the other hand, Jago and Litefoot 11, Cold Fusion, and A Full Life would certainly be some of my top picks (as if they weren't already just about giving away A Full Life, a fantastic Joe Lidster story and a brilliant reading by Matthew). The Ravelli Conspiracy, I've been saving for a rainy day - but I think that just got more difficult...

That is Cold Fusion and Jago and Litefoot 11 bought. Thought it would be next year till I got them for a good price!
Also picked up The Third Doctor Adventures 3 as it was only £20 when taking into account the 10% discount over £50. Don't own any of the Third Doctor Adventures as around £20 is my price point to try out that range. Hope these are good ones.

Hope you enjoy them, if you do then try Vol 2 next, then Vol 1 - great stories but they used some narration on the first volume as well as the full-cast action, as they do in the Early Adventures. I didn't mind (I love the EAs too) but not everyone likes the style as much.

The first two series of the Early Adventures are some of the most consistently brilliant Doctor Who made by Big Finish so I shouldn't think I'll have any issues with the narration if I get it (which I will if I enjoy the third volume).

Regards mark687 There's no mention in the news item that Paradox Planet is part one of a two part story. That's a bit odd. They've done that before. I once bought a release that was part of a three part story in a sale, not realizing that there were two releases that came before. I'm debating whether to get Paradox Planet. It's a good price, but I was planning to get that series bundle, eventually. If I buy the one release, getting the series bundle is no longer worthwhile. I either pay full price for the rest of the series releases, or wait for the other releases in that series to go on sale.

I got the Jago & Litefoot release. The others I either already own, or will get as part of a bundle. The Short Trip and the Fourth Doctor Adventure are a bargain only if I'm willing to wait for a sale on each release in those respective series, rather than getting the series bundle for each. If there is a different sale involving more than one release in each of these ranges, I'd reconsider.
