Ha! A little typo there - Iron Bright is actually written by ME! :-) That's a BIG Typo but congrats and I'm sure it will be just as good as The Middle

Thank you! I've given BF a nudge to fix the website - these things happen. :-)

So no 6th Companion attached yet Older Peri or another brand new one?
Possiable 2 anthologies or 3 standalones (including an Epilogue for Klien?)
Una McCormack and Scott Handcock back writing MR's ( I'm still intrigued that they've gone down the Individual Producer route for each Doctor Its John Ainsworth for the 6th Doc BTW)

Thanks Chris (and welcome to DU Updates Club! ) Looking forward very much to your new Sixth Doctor story; 'The Middle' was really excellent.

Nice to see everyone catching up with us on the day's 2018 MR announcements... DU: better for updates even than reading "tomorrow's Times"...

Looks to me like, instead of a 5-6-7 trilogy, they're doing 3 standalone stories each, probably with very different companions. (Hence Klein's return.) But in that case, why are there "only" three Colin Baker stories...? Also, after The Middle, I'm very excited to see the next Chapman story!

Nice to see Klein back. I've only just started her latest trilogy of releases but I know there's possibly loose ends to wrap up? (At least from what I've gathered) So it's nice that she's making a return.
Also another Cyberman story? Hm. Makes me wonder whether it really will be Cybermen featuring in 3DAs next year as some people have theorised, if so, there's a lot of Cyber action going on next year!

Cybermen appeared in the main range's "Last of the Cybermen" in May 2015, 4DAs' "Return to Telos" in August 2015 and the Early Adventures' "The Isos Network" (planned for December 2015 but moved to January). So it's not unprecedented.

April: 237. The Helliax Rift - by Scott Handcock, starring Peter Davison May: 238. The Lure of the Nomad - by Matthew J Elliot, starring Colin Baker June: 239. Iron Bright - by Chris Chapman, starring Colin Baker July: 240. Hour of the Cybermen - by Andrew Smith, starring Colin Baker August: 241. Red Planets - by Una McCormack, starring Sylvester McCoy, Sophie Aldred, Bonnie Langford September: 242. The Dispossessed - by Mark Morris, starring Sylvester McCoy, Sophie Aldred, Bonnie Langford October: 243. The Quantum Possibility Engine - by Guy Adams, starring Sylvester McCoy, Sophie Aldred, Bonnie Langford November: 244. Warlock's Cross - by Steve Lyons, starring Sylvester McCoy, Tracey Childs My thoughts: Looks like Helliax Rift is the stand alone/anthology for next year. Not usually this early in, it's mid-year at earliest (Company of Friends for example, or Recorded Time) Not surprised by the Seventh Doctor trilogy, Nick's My Big Finish Life gave us some info on that Wonder if Christian Edwards is in the story with Klein. Steve Lyons created Klein, so that's going to be interesting. Is the final trilogy going to be rotating Doctors? Guess we'll have to wait for Static to find out if the Sixth Doctor trilogy might feature Flip and Connie Nice to get some info on these upcoming Main Range releases. It seems to have had a quiet surge of quality in the past year or so - the only slight stumble has been (for me) the Seventh Doctor stories. This is a shame, not only because Sylvester is pretty much my favourite audio Doctor, but also because the partnership of Sophie Aldred and Bonnie Langford deserve some absolutely cracking audios (the only one of real note for me has been Fiesta of the Damned). The titles and authors for these stories are encouraging. Mark Morris is an exceptional horror writer, but his Doctor Who stories have not been quite so good - certainly, The Dispossessed sounds suitably grim! And yes, I hope for more Flip and Constance for Old Sixie too

I don't follow the Seventh Doctor audios quite as much as I do the Sixth Doctor audios, but it just felt like a lot of the growth Ace and the Seventh Doctor are supposed to have gone through up until that point was undone. It's much easier for me to reconcile these stories as a sort of alternate timeline where the Doctor picked Mel back up again just after Dragonfire. Oh well. I will say, though, that Warlock's Cross is a definite pre-order for me. The original Klein trilogy is one of my favorite trilogies. I'm hopeful this story will take place between A Thousand Tiny Wings and Survival of the Fittest.

It's when details like these are released that I regret not being able to subscribe to upcoming releases (hell, I barely manage to sub retrospectively). Having subbed last year, having not subbed this year has killed me, and not being able to do so again is so frustrating! It gives me something to look forward to (especially since I'm listening to the Main Range in order and am only up to The Raincloud Man), but that doesn't mean I can't be jealous of those of you who are subbed

Looking at the My Account view for upcoming Releases it seems next year's 2 release month is December again.
