When would you place "Mind Games" from "Worlds of Doctor Who" chronologically? I believe there are usually cliffhangers between each series of J&L, so it would probably need to fit within one of the series. But which?

IIRC, there's a reference to Sigmund Freud, either stating or implying that J&L have met him. Which would mean "Mind Games" is either set in the middle of season 6 (i.e. between "Return of the Repressed" and "Military Intelligence") or sometime after series 7.

When was Quick promoted to Inspector? I don't remember the details, but according to the wiki, he is Inspector Quick in "Mind Games".

So it must be set somewhere during series 8 or 10.

Actually, looks like the wiki was wrong - he's still a Sergeant in "Mind Games". So placing it in series 6 makes sense.
