I got a refund on a CD that hadnt arrived after a month (It was supposed to take a week and the seller never got back to me), the day the refund came through.....the CD arrived in the post  |

A minor, but lovely thing: I managed to cut my finger open on a ring-pull today and a work colleague insisted she put her work on hold to help me treat it. That was rather sweet.  |
