Having my morning cup of coffee. We must caffeinate. Reminds me of one day I was walking around Cambridge (MA) and noticed a chalkboard sign outside of a cafe. Picture of a Dalek with "You must caffeinate! CAFFEINATE!" written under it.... The Starbucks in my local Barnes & Noble had that on their chalkboard a couple of years ago. I took a photo of it and it was the wallpaper on my phone for a while.

You should subscribe to their newsletter and wait for a 20% off sale, like I did. They have sales on a fairly regular basis. Also, they give a discount if you buy 4 mugs, but I didn't do that.

About to eat at Sichuan Garden (Woburn, MA)..... one of the very rare actually authentic Sichuan restaurants. Not the usually sweet sauce-soaked Americanized fare.

I just tasted some prune juice that's been in the fridge for at least two years. And it's still good, surprisingly. (My husband bought it one year for Passover cause all that matzah gives me...issues. ) I hate to think what kind of preservative must be in it to keep it from spoiling after that much time. Or maybe it's just cause it's prunes and prunes are a way of preserving fruit. There's still quite a lot of it, so guess I'll keep it for this Passover.

Yum, that does sound delicious.
I just had breakfast, so an orange, oatmeal, and a cup of coffee. Extra hungry this morning, so having some vegetarian bacon. (Don't laugh, it's surprisingly tasty.) And probably will have a cookie with my second cup of coffee.

A bowl of oatmeal. Probably my last bowl of oatmeal till after Passover is done. Tomorrow morning I'll be finishing up whatever non-Passover food we have in the fridge, and starting from Friday night, it will be matzoh and Passover food for a week.

I lived in the greater Boston area for 15 years. Most of it was in the Waltham-Watertown area, but I spent 5 years in Southie. I love it up there.
