Just checked, it's actually 1.5 pints . Sounds like a good plan, unfortunately, I don't think work would approve if I did that Cheers Tony

After my first cheat day yesterday of being on the Adkins diet for almost three months, and down over 40#, I was back at it today. Tonight was a simple dinner of chicken roasted with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon & butter. Throw in some roasted squash and it was pretty tasty. And about 5 carbs.

Sauteed some chicken, onion, mushroom, and ghost chili, w/ a vaguely indian lean to the spicing, then rolled it into a wrap
Ah, the joys of working from home....

Sugar Puffs? I thought I remembered one called Sugar Pops. Or is that something different? I think that may have been something different. Unless Sugar Pops had the Honey Monster as well Completely different, and I loved them both. Sugar Puffs are sweetened, puffed barley. Sugar Pops are sweetened, puffed corn. And yes, the word "Sugar" most definitely belongs in the name.

And we never bought them for our kids. I just remember reading about when they took the word "sugar" out of the names of the cereals.

My mother bought them for me occasionally, but I rarely buy them for my kids. I can't say never, because I have to admit I have bought them, although not for a while. I treat them like candy, though. Only occasionally and never for breakfast.

A chicken and ham pie, and a steak and kidney pie both from one of my local butcher's and both utterly delicious, never bought anything from there before, but after that delicious evidence I'll be certain to make a return visit soon...
