Good question. Wrong doctors had two versions of sixie in the same period, not sure this applies to the others. Brief dropins feel different to something like Klein’s Story. Good points though, there’s no ‘right’ answer

At the same time? To me it’s two parallel re-entrant routes through the same journey. Worth mentioning though as a type. Maybe there’s multi same incarnation and multi different incarnation. Just off for some headache tablets!

There's a Sylvester cameo in Doom Coalition 1.1 'The Eleven' too, I suppose. It's a flashback/prologue but still, if we're attempting to be exhaustive... oh and I suppose there's the Orgon Doctor too from 'Planet of the Ogrons' if we're considering alternate incarnations. That might be a bridge too far though.
