I was speaking with a mate earlier about the eternal fan battle of how to organise your merchandise, Big Finish more so! This could apply to both downloads and the physical product.
Is it split into Doctors, ranges, release date or another criteria? What's the deciding factor between something going from a special release to a bona fide spin-off? How do you order your spin-offs? And does a longer running spin-off take precedence over what could otherwise be considered a flagship range?
Storage & Organisation: How do you tackle yours?

At the moment most are in boxes or on shelves.
But i tend to do them in Timeline order for the Current Doctor involved in each story.
Spin offs, unless i can properly fit them in the Doctor who timeline, i keep them seperate

Wife and i sold our 3 bedroom townhouse and upgraded to a 3 bedroom house with a shed in the backyard almost the size of another house. I converted 1/2 into my Batcave to store in 13 (so far) IKEA bookcases each with 2-3 extenders on top, to store my nerd/horror/sci fi/comic book related collection that's almost 40 years and growing. As a 100% physical BF collector, I divide up into numerical order of release and into their respective ranges, I try to group into themes so to speak (War Master/War Doctor) - 4th Dr and 8th Dr range) etc.. I keep all the BF vinyls in order of Dr, and all the big kitchen sink awesome boxsets like Legacy/Masterful etc all together. With the D/L/s I only have 1-2 stories at a time on my mobile phone app - I am still in the process of downloading everything and putting onto a HDD in all range orders. K.I.S.S. method (Keep It Simply Simple Method).

Lots of folders divided up by Doctors and then Ranges. It’s the most efficient way of doing it I find.
