I have one release pre-ordered and all the others will likely just be sale purchases unless reviews are stellar. I eagerly await Kaleidoscope, with 3, SJS and The Brig facing off against a alien messiah, with good ol Harry making what seems to be a small and fun appearance!

I'm a bit more enthused this month and am definitely looking forward to Dorian and the new Eleventh Doctor set. I want to vote for Nemesis Express but don't feel confident that lightning can strike in the same place twice. And Kaleidoscope has the drag factor of Alan Barnes writing but, as always, I'm prepared to be surprised.

I admit freely that none of the releases for October has tickled my interest. So this will be one of the few months where I will not be getting anything from BF. Except, of course, something get some really rave reviews. Then I might change my mind.

I have the Master story on preorder, and the regular Torchwood release and Kaleidoscope on 'depending on reviews.'

Definitely Nemesis Express. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good the first box set was.

Geronimo is my most anticipated. It’s ticking all the right boxes for me based on everything announced so far. Love that it’s built on the variety of stories and writers from the previous set whilst forging ahead with a new era. That’s where the magic of the Chronicles lies when you’ve not got the on screen cast, I think.
I’m intrigued by The Dimension Cannon. The first set was brilliant, but I felt ran its course by the end. However, I’m in the mood for some new Rose stories and am hopeful they’ll be varied and push towards some inkling of the Doctor.
Cautiously optimistic about Kaleidoscope. The cover is fab, the premise sounds great and I’ve been after a six part Third Doctor story for a little while now. Alan Barnes isn’t a favourite of mine, but neither is Nick Briggs and I loved The Annihilators.
Not 100% on Nemesis Express yet. The first set was a real surprise hit with me, as I’m not a massive fan of the Roberts incarnation or his previous audio outings, but I’m not sure if that scratched that itch.

Torchwood: SUV - Ianto and Tosh? In the Torchwood SUV? Played by Nigel Havers? Yes please. The pairing worked really well in Dinner and a Show, so I hope this story is equally as entertaining.
Torchwood Soho: The Unbegotten - James Goss has twice proved himself very capable of writing a six-part Torchwood series inspired by Quatarmass and featuring the Soho team, so I'm confident that he can do it again. This is one of my favourite Torchwood teams and I'm looking forward to what they'll get up to this time.
Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor Chronicles: Geronimo! - I haven't listened to either of the other Eleventh Doctor Chronicles sets, but I'm aware of how good Dudman's portrayal is, and the promise of a full, 13-episode series is so exciting I don't think I can resist.
Doctor Who: The Third Doctor Adventures: Kaleidoscope - The Annihilators was such a brilliant release and I've enjoyed all the Third Doctor Adventures that I've listened to that I can't turn this down.
This is probably my most expensive month of the year so far, so I'm hoping everything's good. It all looks very promising, and in particular James Goss, Alfie Shaw, and Heather Challands have rarely misfired as producers so I have high hopes!
