Moving on the last 2 days with my personal choice listen thru: 6: Criss-Cross (discussion being saved for the DU Anniversary listen-thru) 7: The Magic Mousetrap. I hadn't heard it in a while. One of the great but mad 7th Doctor stories. 8: The Natural History of Fear. It's one of those stories that when I hear it I am transported back in time to when I first listened to it. Remembering sitting in the car in front of my house in the dark, listening, trying to figure it out and unable to leave the seat and go into the house. It's one of those stories. 9: Ninth Doctor Chronicles, Volume 1. I do like this set. On first listen, I didn't particularly like the second story, Window on the Moor. I thought it was better this time around, but still the weakest in the set. 10: Finally starting the Ten and River set! I've been saving it to take this spot. I've heard the first story so far, and I thought it was excellent. Looking forward to the rest.

Exotron, which is absolutely fine. Like it’s a good three parter but absolutely nothing special, which is odd considering everything else written by Paul Sutton.

Parts 1 and 2 of Sword of Orion. I had forgotten about this one and, for some reason, had come to the conclusion it was quite a dull/boring tale. Half way through and I am amazed that I came to this conclusion. McGann is very good in this and the slow but suspenseful plotting is good - with so many nods to the past - the Cyber sting/trumpet gives echoes of Tomb, the scratches on the metal echoes Revenge and the Cybermen in the background echoes the Invasion.
Pleased I gave this another go and was impressed with what I've heard so far.

The Dark Planet (Written by Brian Hayles and adapted by Matt Fitton)
Wow. What an extremely ambitious script this was. Although, evidently far too ambitious for a 60s budget hence its lost story status. I must admit though, I would be curious to see how they would have pulled this off had they gone ahead with it. In the hands of an exceptionally skilled director, you could probably have pulled off some masterful shots what with the prominent use of light and shadows in this.
Definitely would put this within my Top 10 Favourite Lost Stories if I was that way inclined to make those sort of lists.
