The Doctor arrives at your front door with a mildly snooty blond girl and a robot dog, also mildly snooty. He informs you that you will be stranded on a desert island for the foreseeable future. He then vanishes, as is his way, before you can ask for him to swing the Tardis around and pick you back up off the island after you're stranded. He may not be much help rescuing you, but you do have just enough time to grab a listening device and three big finish releases. What 3 BF products do you take to listen to while you wait for the sound of an elephant chastising another, smaller elephant and the squeak of the Doctor opening the Tardis door.
You may be there a while.
Chose your 3 releases well...

3? I think I'd rather go without than be limited to 3, 3 would just taunt me about everything else I was missing.

Only three?! I'd go insane!
But, in all seriousness, I'd probably take the Fifth Doctor Box Set (two of the greatest Fifth Doctor stories ever released), The Fourth Doctor Lost Stories Box Set (The Foe from the Future is an absolute classic), and Doctor Who and the Pirates (my favorite Doctor Who story).

I've been wrestling my list down to a manageable size and it's extremely difficult to get to just three. My first impulse is to provide myself with the best stories from favorite Doctors. That means I wind up with the Fourth Doctor Lost Stories set, The Fifth Doctor box set, and the upcoming Tenth Doctor set (hopefully the post delivers to wherever this island is).
But it torments me not to certain favorite stories, Tardis teams and monsters. The lack of stories featuring the Daleks, the Cybermen, or the Master alone is enough to make me want to rethink my list.
Plus no Romana or K-9 on my list . . .
It's possible I may experience some buyer's remorse once I get to the island.

Assuming a "release" can include a Box Set, I'd say First Doctor Lost Stories (never did find the time to listen to Macedon again, after all).
And either Light at the End or The Chimes of Midnight. I'd probably say Chimes, but catch me on a different day...
Lastly, a Jago & Litefoot box. Don't know which. Either series 5 or 8, but honestly they're all so good, I could take three of those and be happy.

Three, hrrm? Oh, such a horrid decision to make... I would be that utilitarian jerk who would overthink his choices, and thus avoid the Main Range or single disc series (though Loup-Garoux or Live 34 would be the most tempting choices for me there).
Phantom of the Opera - This one's the easiest choice. Gaston Leroux's original was my favorite book when I was a kid, and this is the only adaptation that does it justice. Could listen to it a million times and still get excited over it each time.
The Fifth Doctor Boxed Set - Two of the best Fifth Doctor stories, IMHO. Psychodrome alone was so enjoyable I don't think I could tire of it too easily.
The Confessions of Dorian Gray, series 1 & 2 - Trying too hard to be clever, I'd note that in physical format this one's a full two-season-plus-specials set. And a brilliant one at that! There's only one story I truly dislike in the bunch, and left alone with the set I would be okay having one dud among the rest!

3 is not enough... Fourth Doctor Lost Stories Box Set Countermeasures season 1 Survivors season 1
If I could have 2 more, I'd pick 6th Doctor:the Last Adventure and Jago & Litefoot season 8
