Why is it worst? could someone explain to me? I'm considering to buy this If you've no knowledge of pervious Bernice Summerfield on BF it fine, if however you followed the series or if your excepting significant involvement by the Doctor it may disappoint,
In general it has a very odd opening EP that doesn't have anything to do with the other 2 EPs.

Excellent audio, I bought it the last time it was on sale.
The website has the picture of The Omega Factor but the headline still reads as Bernice Summerfield.

I am going to see what else is on offer today but I did put in my basket. Going to test to see if the sale price stays put. If not well C'est la Vie.

There seems to be a bit of a pattern now, one who related, one not. I'm guessing we'll get a who related title next. any ideas?

Why is it worst? could someone explain to me? I'm considering to buy this many people like it, I just really really hated it.... 1 - not bad but a bit "comic" for my taste but the best of the bunch 2 - just a bit half hearted and the bit with bennys mother is cringe time 3 - made no sense, told out of sequence and by the time it come together I had lost the will to live 4- after 3 I could not care less about it, remember it had davros for no reason at all. best for me was the extras it's worth a punt at £15 if you are a fan of "innovative stories" but it's not really a doctor, benny & ace box it's benny with appearances by doctor and ace edit sorry this is late and now of no use...forgot to press post before going out! doh!

Yep Novel Adaptations next. edit - you beat me to it, but I directly quoted the info and prices as was requested earlier, to perhaps dampen the load on BF's site.

Hmm...that's a bit out of my price range, I have next to no knowledge of the Virgin/Benny ranges but I've heard good things about the Baker novel adaptations, if the standard editions were on sale I'd very tempted to get them (would I be able to enjoy them as stand alone stories?)...out of interest, what sort of special features do the limited editions tend to have?, although I've changed from a download to CD customer, slighty extended interviews and better packaging probably wouldn't sway me in stumping up more cash for the limited editions...

Yes you would ( though there is a recurring character in Romance and War ) Damaged Goods is a masterpiece of storytelling
Special Editions have Extended Interviews (Vol 2 has a in-depth one with Russell T Davis on writing Damaged Goods)

Cheers mark, I know this is a big reduction, but that's just too pricey for me (especially after my huge Lost Stories order the other day-I paid the equivalent of £5 or less for most of those, some of which were over 2 hours long...), I've mostly just followed Paul and John's Doctors on audio so far, dipping in and out of the other doctors on sales, preorders etc, that's just too much money for me to commit to just four stories, great or not. But I'm sure I'll be tempted by something, and as I said in my earlier post, if the standard editions are ever reduced I'll consider it more strongly...

There more DW offers still to come so hopefully you'll find something or as you say you've got some Lost stories to be getting on with.
