Wonderful, wonderful story which captures the frentic pacing of The Eighth Doctor Adventures perfectly.

A nice, brisk story with Eight and Lucie, of little consequence to anything, but a fun outing, as it should be. And at only ten minutes shorter than a typical EDA, it feels right at home. I'd put it in Series 2 or the latter half of Series 3.

I kid you not, I teared up a bit when I started to hear Lucie again. I would have been happy listening to Sheridan read the phonebook (do we still have these?) as Lucie, with an insult thrown in for good measure. But she didn't. She read a lovely, fun story that held my attention from beginning to end. I thought her Eighth Doctor voice was great, and I really believed her voice for old lady. The chemistry between Eight and Lucie was captured perfectly. It really made my day. I'm going to listen to it again tomorrow.

I don't usually listen to the Short Trip stories, but I decided to give this story a listen because, well, it's Lucie Bleedin' Miller. And I must say, this story was quite enjoyable. I'm not sure if I will continue to purchase Short Trip stories - I'm not all that interested in the style of this range, if I'm being honest - but for what it was, I felt like I got a really enjoyable experience from this release. I certainly hope we hear more from Sheridan Smith in the future!

It's Sheridan Smith as Lucie Miller... what is there to not like about it?! Another excellent ST story that I thought was very enjoyable, made even more so by hearing Lucie Miller once again.
I can honestly say that not one of these monthly Short Trips stories has been below par, the standard is very high on this range... and they are definitely worth the £2.99.

I enjoyed this story well enough, but not as much as I expected to.Maybe it was all the build-up that happened when we heard Sheridan Smith was returning in a short trip. I had a little trouble following the story line, to be honest.
