According to DWM, Diary of River Song Series 8 is out in January 2021. It co-stars Salome Haertel (Alex Kingston’s daughter who appeared in Series 2), John Leeson as K9 and Tracy Wiles as a robot cat called Fe-Line. The episodes are: Slight Glimpses of Tomorrow by James Goss A Brave New World by Tracy Ann Baines A Forever Home by Alfie Shaw Queen of the Mechanoids by Jonathan Morris A robot cat called Fe-Line? Am I missing something here and this is a known character from a comic strip or something? Has anyone else heard of it before?

River being River, she probably got the idea - or even the cat - from an alternative timeline Sixie. Spoilers!

I'm not really sure where to post this, as it never came to pass, but it's briefly mentioned in the latest DWM that Ken Bones was due to reprise the role of The General in volume 5 of The War Doctor. I wish something could be done with those scripts; readings from Ken, Louise Jameson & Nick Briggs would be nice. Given the short time frame they did the four War Doctor sets, I do wonder if any of the other sets were scripted too, as we know a further four were commissioned.

Honestly they could easily repurpose the scripts for the 8th doctor hell i even know a way of having 8 fight in the time war which doesn't break canon

It was a half thought idea for the 6th Doc Era Kit10 was the name bandied around, I believe. But it's a shame that BF couldn't go the whole hog and secure the rights to Splinx, surely the biggest non-Jeremy Fitzoliver companion yet to get the BF audio treatment?

Seems rather apt that Fanfare for the Common Men is going to get a vinyl release.

Strange that they’ve gone for a whole new cover for No Place since that was already in line with the new cover style.
The new covers are a bit lacklustre IMO, but I’m glad we’re getting Fanfare on vinyl. I’m hoping this means we might get more Main Range stories on vinyl.

Billie Piper is on The One Show tonight. Might be worth watching just in case BF is mentioned.

Those Big Finish vinyls Asda are advertising? Titles being released are yet to be 100% confirmed, but they're expected to release the 1st on September 25th, Time Lord Victorious on November 27th, and then one release every 2 months after that.

Christopher Eccleston is starring in a socially distanced theatre production in Northern Ireland in October, so I'm presuming at least *some* of the 9DAs will be done before he flies over there... www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-53960737
