Is Doctor Who Magazine due this week? Supposedly, yes. If this release's announcement is featured on the cover, that could be one of the reasons why they haven't revealed it yet.

One of the fake covers also mentions winning a trip to an audio recording but doesn't state what the audio recording is. Although their secret project has already been recorded, they might already have a future recording related to it planned that might spoil their announcement.

They've produced numerous fake covers, each representing one of the layouts DWM has used over the past 500 issues. This is the one I was referring to: You can find them all on their Facebook page.

What's the 2nd thing we know about? We know they recorded two (or more) projects last week. The Boxset is three stories, so there are four more!

I really wish they'd announced what it was they recorded with Camille Coduri (although I can understand why they'd save the more intriguing stuff for later). Torchwood getting a box set is great but I really want to know what John Barrowman and Camille Coduri were doing together. It's annoying me! I'm guessing the other four stories will be 9th Doctor Companion Chronicles considering it sounds like two projects.

Title of this thread (from Handcock's tweet) says 5 stories. So if the Boxset counts as three stories, there are two more. If it counts as one (three-part) story then there are indeed four more. Seven days assuming the usual recording rate of 1 disc per day suggests however many left, they should comprise 4 discs.

With huge anticipation for BF's 50th Aniversary releases for Dark Shadows, the possibility of something exciting happening with the Blakes 7 range, and now this Barrowman-related ... whatever it is, these really are extraordinarily exciting times for Big Finish. It's good, isn't it? "the possibility of something exciting happening with the Blakes 7 range" Can you expand on that statement a little further please? I thought nothing further was happening for a while due to the sad death of Gareth Thomas Nick Briggs mentioned the Blakes 7 audios as an ongoing thing in a recent podcast (can't remember which one sadly), and although Cav Scott has stepped down from his post as producer of the range, he mentioned that someone else will take the reins in the future. I suppose that the range has a future is 'something exciting', and that that there is a new pair of hands to guide it ... Sorry to be so enigmatic, but this is just what I've picked up from various interviews

The B7 related comments in the podcast immediately after his death felt very disjointed to me which as something of an amateur sound editor myself I felt showed signs of heavy editing for what they felt able to say.

Big Finish have always shown commendable respect in sad situations like this, so I imagine it will be some time before we hear anything, especially after reading your post. I hope Blake's 7 continues with BF, it has been great so far. We shall see.
