Maybe, although I find it hard to reconcile the idea that she's met all The Doctors with some of things she said in the TV series.

I hope she meets the fourth Doctor. That would be interesting.

Well, she hasn't met McGann directly.

Indeed, and why does she know she must not have herself be known to McGann but doesn't know to do the same with Tennant?

Easier to reconcile than why she thought he might have done the Crash of the Byzantium. You'd think she'd at least know that Tennant comes before Smith.

I don't think the first doctor would take too kindly of her or the third, I'd definitely like to hear a Fourth Doctor & River audio though.

My mental picture of her going all "Hello, Sweetie!" on William Hartnell is kind of priceless, but perhaps she is a bit forward for the first three Doctors. Maybe she'd end up being subdued with Venusian Aikido for trying to snog the Third Doctor?

Maybe she'd end up being subdued with Venusian Aikido for trying to snog the Third Doctor? I can hear Purves as the first Doctor blustering a "ehh hello yourself young lady!" just to be polite and later on snappishly telling her to not call him sweetie whereas Russel's first Doctor would start with the snappishness.

She tells Tennant he's so young, she's just spent 24 years with 2000 (who may or may not had 4 billion years of memories) year old Doctor

River Song with ...
The First Doctor: It would be lovely, as Cameca in "The Aztecs". There would be a Benjamin Button effect because the old man is the youngest of his Doctor (Matt Smith).
The Second Doctor: I do not know but I believe she's going to hate the recoder.
Third Doctor: Since he is a Doctor Bond, she is obviously Pussy Galore.
Fourth Doctor: I think Romana is going to feel that human emotion called "jealousy"
Fifth Doctor: He and River will have a very similar Rory/Amy relationship respectively.
Sixth Doctor: It's definitely going to be epic, and better with Frobisher.
Seventh Doctor: It would be interesting hilarious, and better with professor Bernice Summerfield.
Ninth Doctor: No doubt they would have the most mature and adult relationship in comparison to the rest, she will have more fun with Jack Harkness.

How about River meet Iris Wildthyme? Okay, that would be fine with me. Anything with Auntie Iris is fine with me.
But as for other doctors, I'd really rather not.

I'd definitely be up for this. I think there's a lot of fun to be had here and BF could be quite creative coming up with interesting scenarios that play with audience expectations. Given the guest Doctors we know of so far in her audio range, I suspect it's already in the cards, too.
