Do you think that, like on her television stories, Romana has a new outfit for each of her audio adventures?
Or do you think that, just like everyone else, she wore the same outfit multiple times and it was just a coincidence that the adventures that were televised had her in different outfits?
Big Finish appear to subscribe to the later, but this might simply because of time and resources.

Just going by descriptions (and visuals in comics, illustration, etc.), she didn't change for every story but she didn't show her whole wardrobe on TV either.
My personal favourite Romana outfit idea was from Gareth Roberts, given that he stuck her in Jon Pertwee's clothes for an entire novel.

I imagine her in different outfits like the ones she wore on the show up until she settles in as president of Gallifrey. Then I imagine she's usually in her presidential robes or perhaps something with a military cut if she's out in the field or traveling.

Being that I've heard Romana most on Gallifrey, I usually imagine her in her presidential garb. Something a mix between the classic and new series costumes but with a touch of Romana's style thrown in for the sake of individuality. Forgive me for changing the topic of this thread for a moment, but something that's bothered me more than her wardrobe is how much Romana is meant to have aged since her adventures with the Doctor. In The Apocalypse Element the cover art depicts a young Lalla Ward from her time on TV, implying that Romana hasn't aged that much, and by the time we get to Shada (the McGann version) an older Lalla Ward from circa-2003 is used on the cover art, implying that Romana has aged considerably since then and that this must be her appearance in Neverland and Zagreus being that they are set after Shada chronologically. BUT, and this is a big but, she's suddenly young again on the cover art of Weapon of Choice and is consistently depicted as young on the cover art leading up to Series IV of Gallifrey, where she's back to being old again on Reborn. And just to make things more confusing, Romana II's back to being young again on the box art to Gallifrey V, VI, and Enemy Lines! What the hell? I understand how BF would want to use images from the TV series for marketing purposes, but they could at least be consistent with it. Anyway, sorry for the rant.
