Right click info. this brings up a box where you click "Edit Items" then click "Artwork" Bottom left click "Add Artwork" Go to your folder,in your case Classic Doctors etc click on appropriate slipcase. Then "click Open" Picture will now appear in artwork. click "Open" A box will appear saying processing and showing it downloading, Album cover should then change to cover you have just downloaded.Works for me!! sounds as though that is what you are doing anyway.

assuming you are using a PC and not a mac
find the artwork you want to change to and click copy (using right click menu)either on the internet (using IE, Edge etc but not chrome can never copy to work on chrome)or from file on your computer.
in iTunes right click on art work you want to change and select get info click the artwork tab, right click over picture and select delete (it should now disappear) then use the paste keyboard shortcut (hold ctrl & v) new artwork should paste it's self in there and just click on ok.
there used to be a paste command when you right clicked in iTunes 11 and before but it seems to have got lost but the shortcut still works.

but iTunes is a strange beast, where apple make most stuff user friendly iTunes seems to do the opposite.
it took me best part of 2 hours to workout how to join tracks when ripping a cd.....easy once you know but finding it out is not.
and for the past 3 year apple have tried to do away with the side bar, I resisted but gave in eventually.
now in the last update all the useful little buttons have gone and the side bar is back.
I dread each apple update because 90% of the time they change stuff for the worse or just for change sake!
all the native audio apps on the ipad/iPhone are unsable for me now, thank heavens for people like "Hackmodford" who create decent app that work.

So, my playlist for Judoon in Chains shows the correct cover art at the top of the playlist, but the tracks on that playlist are all displaying the artwork for Fallen Angels. And if I try to edit the artwork selected for these tracks, the edit window shows the correct Judoon artwork when it bring it up. So it seems to know that the Judoon artwork is the correct artwork, and has it selected fro those track, but won't display that artwork in the playlist beside the tracks.
