The only items on my list that I haven't listened to are the ones on my pre-order list. Those get listened to as they come out.

I have a lot that I haven't listened to yet. It would take more time than I have to list them all. Partly because I've bought things on sale, but am waiting to get preceding episodes so I can listen in order. Partly cause I take time off from BF every now and then to catch up on podcasts.

Since I found BF and gotten through everything released to that date, I think the longest I've gone without listening to a new release has been a few days.

I'm sure I have 100+ stories to look forward to still, mainly from the CCs and the DW spin off ranges as I'm still very focused on stories with The Doctor himself appearing since I still haven't run out of those yet. Also maybe two dozen from the Monthly Range, season 2 of the 4DAs that I'm still saving for a particularly good time to listen, Dark Eyes, and the occasional miscellaneous like Doom Coalition 2 and one of the Early Adventures that I suppose I can stop squirreling away when the upcoming season starts.

I have the same problem (well not the podcasts just have a lot of stuff from sales I need to get to) One big one I own and haven't listened to yet is Light at the End. I've kind of been saving it!

I usually just pick one at random, but make sure I don't need previous stories I, on the other end, buy stuff when it's on sale even if I don't have the previous story, so I can save money. Then I wait for the preceding stories to go on sale. Sometimes it's a long wait! One big one I own and haven't listened to yet is Light at the End. I've kind of been saving it! Oh, I listened to that one right away.

Ah, I get it, masterdoctor. I did that when I first started getting Big Finish, but I've become more of a stickler for listening in order, after finding out things in later stories that spoiled older stories. I don't worry about that so much with stories that are standalones, and still may listen to those out of order. But ones that are part of an arc I try to listen to in order.

After spending years being up to date, I decided to have something of my own gap year in 2016. I've still bought most of the releases from BF but have listened to very few. I was feeling a bit burnt out last year. It seemed big releases were coming out, being listened to within the day and then "OK, what's next?" which wasn't giving me a chance to let things soak in. I found I was listening to things just because they'd been released and not particularly because I was in the mood. That's not ideal and does the material a diservice.
SO, in consequence, I've got a ton of BF in reserve. I have made exceptions - the Master Trilogy was too tempting as was The War Doctor - but I've got dozens of releases to catch up on now. A position I haven't been in for years with BF.

Wow, that's a lot. My current to listen list is some of the Fourth Doctor Adventures, several Lost Stories, a couple of Companion Chronicles, and the latest Torchwood release. Also, Classic Doctors, New Monsters, which I haven't downloaded yet. And Liberator Chronicles 7. And The Highest Science, but I'm re-reading the book first. There's more that I haven't downloaded yet. I have a pretty big backlog, too.

Thank you, I'm still around though - mostly on the non-BF topics to avoid spoilers etc

-About eight or nine Lost Stories I bought in the sale a while back -A couple of McGann's MR stories -A couple of 5th Doctor stories -Klein's Story
...I still have a few of the 6/Evelyn stories I bought on a sale nearly two years ago I haven't listened to yet.
My BF collection is quite small, but most of what I do own I've only heard the once so a few re-listens are in order as well I think...

Over the last year I've been making a concerted effort to buy a lot of Big Finish I don't have when it comes on sale. But that ends up leaving me with a big backlog. In an effort to keep track and catch up I've actually got a list of all the audios, TV shows and films I need to catch up on. Knocked off Unit: Dominion, The Prisoner (TV), Community Season 4, Apollo 13 and The Shining over the last week.
My audios list is currently: Benny 8 New Adventures of Benny 2 + CC Benny 9 Key2Time Trilogy + CC Benny 10 Benny 11 1963 Trilogy The World's of Doctor Who Sarah Jane Series 1 Sarah Jane Series 2 Cybermen 1 Cybermen 2 Jago and Litefoot 1 Jago and Litefoot 2 Jago and Litefoot 3 Jago and Litefoot 4 Jago and Litefoot 5 Jago and Litefoot 6 Jago and Litefoot 7 Dalek War 1 Dalek War 2 Dalek War 3 Lost Stories Doctor 1-3 Season 19B (Land of the Dead to Return to the Web Planet) Season 27B (Fearmonger to The Rapture)
That is in the broad order I think I'll listen to them. I've already listened to most of the stories in those "seasons" listed but when I complete a run of stories I like to listen to them all in a row. Not included in that list is a fair few novels I need to get round to listening to, both Doctor Who and otherwise. I certainly don't know where I'm going to get the 16 hours spare to listen to Watership Down!
