Also a story set in the 1970s. I wonder if it'll feature Captain Jack with a moustache as mentioned in one of the Miracle Day episodes.

I like that they'll be exploring other Torchwood locations. The Doll House sounds intriguing

I notice that the set beginning March 2017 is listed as stories 13-18, rather than Series 3. The first two bundles have also been retroactively renamed to stories 1-6 and 7-12 (although the release listings themselves have not been changed).
I wonder if this change had anything to do with the complaints that the committee arc did not seem to be going anywhere by the end of Series 1? (The series numbers were probably more about the number of releases commissioned at once).
Also, the subscription and bundles now call them "Torchwood Stories" (note the capital S). I guess this is how the monthly range will be differentiated from the special box sets?

Oh how odd, you're right. I did notice that Outbreak was in its own "Special Releases" listing, that now also includes Archives and Before the Fall. Now we just need Torchwood Short Trips, or Side Missions, or Side Ops, or whatever you want to call them

It's the only slight drawback to the monthly series so far an Arc Element that's not an Arc Element till it is.

I think the CD cases for the second series of monthly releases did already say 7-12 on each of them, so maybe they were just making all of the numbering and messaging consistent. Regardless, I'm definitely excited that the Torchwood monthly range is coming back.

I noticed that change of numbering system, also, and thought it quite odd. What's wrong with calling it series 3? Why re-number everything?

The CDs are marked 1, 2, 3 and so on the DL onscreen image and file names need changing however since it would probably require 2 hours Website downtime to do I can live without it.

Why would I even bother changing it? Not worth the trouble.

Nerys Hughes coming back is a nice get for BF. She may have been a Liver Bird but she's as Welsh as Cardiff itself

Nerys Hughes coming back is a nice get for BF. She may have been a Liver Bird but she's as Welsh as Cardiff itself I really want her to reprise the role of Todd from Kinda. So much potential as a companion and had great chemistry with Peter Davision even then.
