Interesting to look at the prices. Brexit seems to be having a much bigger impact than I realised - sale items have been becoming progessively more expensive, from £5 CDs from before to £7.50 now.

Yeah £2.50 doesn't sound alot, but times that by three and that's an extra £7.50 and that's a sizeable amount of money for someone like me who only has a limited BF budget, a few of the sales they've had since Brexit I would have otherwise been tempted to take a gamble on I've passed on as I'd rather put the extra money towards the stories I'm really interested in, the early adventures is a range I've long been interested in, but I'm planning on pre-ordering a few other stories next month (War Doctor, Cold Fusion,TDORS (and possibly CD:NM depending on whether they announce a release date) etc)... I don't think downloads will increase in price too much, but I could easily see a £1 or £2 increases in CD prices becoming the new standard, I've bought stories for £3 before on sales, and small though the increases will be, they all add up for a CD only customer...

I think £6 is the norm for main range and 4DAs. I certainly hope so anyway.
I'd dare say these are £7.50 as they are a special range and still quite new. It is still £6 each when buying the series as a bundle.

It is still £6 each when buying the series as a bundle. I agree, and can't see any reason to make a link to Brexit. The 8 and Lucie adventures went on sale this year for higher prices than last year so I think in general sales are becoming slightly less generous. I would imagine stock levels have something to do with it as well. If a title has a massive amount of CD's sitting in the warehouse, then they'll want to offer them at a bargain price. This sale is being done more to promote the new range than to shift surplus stock, so I think the CD price probably only reflects the extra cost involved in producing a physical product.

I've been waiting for this sale for ages. Agree about prices creeping up (maybe we've been spoiled for too long?), but the bundle price is brilliant at £24 with free postage. Chriss C.

Normally I wouldn't complain too much about different prices, but I was hoping that purchases would be cheaper with the exchange rate improving; as it is, it's remaining at a constant level regardless. But I feel I've said/complained too much about this now, so I'll (try) not to go on about it any more

If anyone is on the fence regarding 'The Doctor's Tale' - I have read that some found it boring - I would like to absolutely recommend it. Yes, it is a slow-burner of a story, but that helps make it one of the most authentic 'First Doctor era' story I've ever heard. It's a wonderfully atmospheric tale, and I heartily recommend it

Thanks to the long weekend in the UK I was still able to take advantage of this sale today: I ended up getting Domain of the Voord & The Bounty of Ceres which were the two I didn't have.

I'm not fan of historical stories but I absolutely loved it.

I preferred The Bounty of Ceres myself, but I enjoyed the first three releases immensely for different reasons. An Ordinary Life didn't work for me. I thought the setup was good, but the resolution was pretty dire.
