I've tried to contact the sales department at BF a couple of times over the past few months and they haven't gotten back to me. Anyone else having this problem?
I would think it was because of the influx of enquiries that they must be getting because of all of the New Series announcements, however the first time was in August. And both times it was to upgrade a preordered download to CD. You'd think they would get back to me so that they could take more of my money. It's pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

I had an issue regarding cracked (and in one case broken) CD cases. I emailed sales, got prompt response (thank you Brenda) and received the replacement cases a few days ago, wrapped in so much bubble wrap! Be patient and send another email after a few business days (excluding the weekend and late evening UK time) if there's no reply.

Yep I have not heard back from Sales either about an issue. Granted it hasn't been quite as long as your wait but long enough.

I've always found BF sales department unresponsive.
But be aware BF have said that their mailboxes are backlogged after the launch of Time War series.

Yeah, e-mails to sales always took ages to get a reply, if a reply was ever received. On one occassion it took three e-mails in six weeks before I got a reply! So if the OP is still having trouble, they should try sending Ian an e-mail at the enquiries@bigfinish.com address, and he might be able to investigate the matter.

I did send an email to the enquiries email address so I'm waiting to see what happens. Thanks everyone.

The one time I had issues it took a while to get a response from sales even after Ian got involved. After his second attempt to get them involved I got an email from Brenda on a Saturday and the issue was fixed. This was during the super subscription period and right after the Benny sale so they were swamped. I recall Ian saying that he felt they needed to bring in more sales staff as there is only two or three people handling things on that side and when a big sale happens they fall behind.

I heard back from Joe, but all he said was that they will get back to me soon. So I wait. I'll try again tomorrow.

I had a problem getting through to sales at one point, also around the time of the Benny sale. Joe helped me out, but it took a while and eventually he PM'd me through the forum and gave me his own email address at BF instead of the two that are publicized, so that he wouldn't miss my email.

I've been luckier than the rest of ye then since I've received responses either on the same day or the day after for every query I had. The lst one being my own stupidity where I ordered a sub that actually started with the final release of the previous sub and needed to get it shifted forward one release. Ah well.
