Hey I was wondering of stories of the First Doctor set in a current year or even post our years?

You mean you want to know about stories with the First Doctor on earth (or involving humans) set in 2016 or later?

Well, there aren't any audios that I remember off the top of my head, but there is at least one novel - tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Time_Travellers_(novel) - but it's set in an alternate 2006 that diverges in 1966 (implying that this was the original timeline until the Doctor changed history by defeating WOTAN). Other than that, I couldn't tell you how many Short Trips there are but just out of the ones I've read, I know that both "iNtRUsioNs" ( Transmissions, 2008) and "The Mother Road" ( Farewells, 2006) are set around their time of release. The Mother Road even has the First Doctor on eBay (or a generic facsimile thereof). "Childhood Living" ( The Centenarian, 2006) is also set in 1979.

I'd like a first Doctor audio where he arrives in 2015 and says 'Where are the flying cars? Dear dear, this isn't right...'
That would be the best Back to the Future reference ever!

I'm guessing he didn't see that movie until a later regeneration. That sounds like a very Eighth Doctor kind of film. Maybe Izzy dragged him along to it. Yeah, at least set post... 60s lol Well there's Tenth Planet, set in 1986. Aside from a few typically 60s quirks, it holds up surprisingly well as the 1980s we'd later see in Attack of the Cybermen and The Two Doctors. The Cold War parallels become painfully obvious when you realise that things started to heat up again between America and the USSR. General Cutler's a nut, but the Z-Bomb becomes a whole lot scarier when you realise that it could have been the single spark that ignited a nuclear holocaust. Couple that with the arrival of the Cyber-fleet probably looking like that 1983 incident with a flock of geese activating Russia's early warning systems and I'm surprised that the 1986 Snowcap Planetary Emergency isn't referred to in the same breath as the 1963 Cuban Missile Crisis.

Wouldn't really matter though because it would just be a fun joke.

I actually do like that as a joke that (probably a later incarnation of) the Doctor would play on a companion from the Eighties or earlier. I could see the Eighth Doctor pulling that on Charley or Fitz early on.
