Is neither an option?! If it's a Damned with the Cpt, Rat and Dave Vanian, then it might be a good night out...

Neither ..... Save your cash, tours are just another way to milk the fans these days and revisiting old bands past their prime, just makes you feel old.
Put on the CDs and experience them as they should sound.
Never been a fan of bands live, now I don't admit this often...but I went to see live aid in 85 (yes I was lucky) but my over whelming memory is that it was hot, everyone around seemed to have BO, the speakers buzzed, and I couldn't see much.
It sounded and looked so much better on the tv than I remembered, and when I finally saw the whole thing just a few years ago when was on DVD I sort of wished I had watched at home.
Sorry to not be more positive....

I think it would break my heart to see The Damned, forty years on from New Rose, and a good thirty years since they did anything that might be of interest. It's just Vanian and Captain Sensible from the original lineup now anyway. Personal Pension Fund touring these days for the guys, no doubt.
