I won't name names, but his username contains the letters 'C' and 'P'.
Oooh, you are a tease... is this a quiz? Can we take guesses?
Give us a clue. How many words in his username?
I have autism and sometimes that can affect the way I post come across. No offense EVER intended.

It's like a sore you can't resist scratching. I post very rarely and usually get ignored - and then I find myself 'lurking', which only annoys me. So, I've contacted them and asked for a self-imposed permanent ban. Guess what? They've ignored me! At least they're consistent.
You know I think I went there once and then forgot about it. Why is it infamous?
I've only got my own experiences to draw from, and I wouldn't wish to generalise about about a forum that sets out to discuss Doctor Who. On the face of it, that's a good thing. And this is clearly only my opinion. But the site seems to attracts some very unpleasant characters (as well as some lovely ones, of course); extreme characters who conform to the cliche of hiding behind their keyboards, dishing out rudeness and aggression in a way I'm sure they never would in real life exchanges. These people form cliques, and if you post a viewpoint against their own, no matter how politely, you will invariably get drawn into some quite hostile exchanges.
I lurk there occasionally, which I shouldn't. The problem I have is that I get drawn into the pack-mentality way of thinking, and taking against it to such an extent that I, despite myself, post something. You do that, and you're part of it. You have contributed. So when you're viewpoint is ridiculed, and your reasoning ignored, it has a negative effect on your day. This has happened to me too often - it's my own fault for looking at the darn place - and now I have requested a self-ban, and my account to be deleted. And true to form, my communication has been completely ignored. So I'm left with my own ill-discipline and the inevitability that I'll involve myself again.
It exists. And rather than infamous, I would describe it as notorious. But really - don't go there again. Continue to forget about it
