I thought Nick's response to the Comic Capers letter was interesting - it sounds like they have plans for some Doctor Who Comic Adaptions!?
I only have a very limited knowledge of the comics. I would struggle to remember the ones I have read in DWM...however I do recall really enjoying the Tenth Doctor with Majenta Pryce, however with David Tennents limited availability Big Finish would probably be better recreating his TV era with new stories than adapting comics.
What do others hope for and why?

I'm seldom for adaptations. We've got the stories in one medium already, easily available in the case of most of the comics, so with actors times limited, and only so many release slots, I'd rather have stories I haven't experienced before. Especially for the likes of Tennant who is going to be much, much harder to pin down for anything approaching a regular release pattern.
The novels are long OOP but even those are mostly easy to find very affordably (with the exception of a select few) and mostly I don't think BF's adaptations have been terribly good, speaking as someone who has read all the VNAs and VMAs since I discovered them 20 years ago. I must admit I did love Damaged Goods on audio but the Roberts adaptations were some of the worst BF of the past few years for me. They just didn't translate. I think some things just don't work in different mediums. I always liked Robert's prose and the Adams-like way he'd describe the oddities in his stories. On audio that's often lost without clunky expository dialogue.

I'm wondering if Nick wants to do Wormwood.... If he did then it would make sense to do the stories which, eventually led to that point.
More Frobisher would be good, though they could do that with new stories.
it may be best if they avoided the World Shapers and Ground Zero (and any involving cast members who have died such as Train Flight)

Not interested in comic strip adaptions to be honest. The Virgin NA's that BF have done as audios have only been so-so and generally I have preferred the actual book. New stories with comic book characters; Sharon, Izzy, Stacy Townsend, Frobisher etc. would be fine as they'd be new stories. With the creative talent that Big Finish employ, why redo old stories when you can make new ones?!

I love, love, loved the three Gareth Roberts novel adaptions, but then... a, I hadn't read the books b, they feature my favourite TV Doctor and Companion Those releases heralded in a new era from my childhood that I never thought I'd hear. However I do accept your point, but it does sound like Big Finish do have plans for something comic strip related...
