Hello again
Love Red Dwarf, the language, the character dynamics, the sci-fi stories and the great music by Howard Goodall. What's your favourite season? I really love the early seasons but I have a soft spot for the seasons with Chloe Annett. Her spoilt middle class girl stuck in the middle of the dysfunctional Dwarf crew really used to make me laugh. She added a different dynamic to the crew. It must have been difficult joining an established series, and she just takes the ridiculous scenarios and runs with them.

I mostly like the first four series and the new series.

For some reason, I’ve found myself watching old episodes of Benidorm as of late. I don’t know why, even it’s heyday I always thought it was a bit naff. But I guess it’s harmless enough and it’s the closest we’ve ever gotten to Carry On on the television. Except for that one time in the mid seventies of course.

Have decided to watch my way through the What We Do in the Shadows universe in order (had previously only seen the film). Got through season 1 of Wellington Paranormal yesterday, halfway through season 1 of What We Do in the Shadows now.
WWDITS (TV) is good so far, but definitely not as funny as WP.
Edit: Oh and in my Stargate franchise watchthrough I'll be continuing along by starting Stargate Universe today as well. I actually finished Atlantis nearly a week ago, but its series finale is so disgracefully bad that I needed a little time off to clear the stank out of my brain.

"Superman & Lois" S01E14 , the big season finale is this week coming up. I must say, the muscle padding in his suit isn't as obvious now, they have sorted that out.

This evening I (finally) wrapped up my run-through of 'The Flash' with the last four episodes of series seven, which I pleasantly enjoyed.
'Just finished watching last night's 'Casualty' episode (celebrating the show's upcoming 35th anniversary). As anniversary specials go that was alright, I guess? Didn't half plod-along at times though...

Annika, the new Nicola Walker detective show that originated on radio 4. Quite good & I think Paul McGann is going to be in an upcoming episode.

Today I've been making my way through Marvel's 'The Defenders' mini-series for the first time (on its' 4th anniversary). Whilst I'm not going to say that this was strictly my favourite thing in the world, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would (especially when it started picking up in the second half), and am glad to have finally seen it...

Transformers War Of Cybertron Trilogy, one of the best Transformers stories in my opinion, great story arc, plenty action, drama & very well written characters given depth, emotion & gravitas.
This is how you bring a classic 80's cartoon into the 21st Century by good writing......yes Kevin Smith i mean you & your wokeness Masters Of The Universe.

What's the point of anything? It's just fun. There *is* some suggestion, though, that it's going to factor into the alternative timelines/universes thing set up by "Loki" fpr use in the Spiderman and Dr Strange sequels. There's also at least a hint of a possibility that it might be something of a tryout for future ideas (I'm not sure how likely a live-action Captain Carter movie is, mind you)
