All posts merged with original thread Cheers Tony Which means my post (above, top of Pg 3) from the former secondary thread linking to this thread is now recursive and I wasn't even aware when I entered the recursion... how very Castrovalva...

Any release date for this yet ?This is the one I’m desperately waiting for this month.. News section was disappointingly short on anything substantial. No releases expected for this week mentioned (I'd happily trade in the Catweasel and Werzel impressions for that returned).

I'm one part off finishing this it's a riping set of 1970 itc lovely Ness I keep having to tell myself it wasn't a real show. Excellent news, just as I'd imagined it would be! I'll be saving this for Christmas week listening (*rubs hands together excitedly*) Not so much of an effort as I'd imagined it would be, as The War Master turned up yesterday and told me to listen to his adventures first - and I must obey him...

An episode and a half in, and I do love New Counter-Measures' return to the form of the early Counter-Measures sets of mostly standalone adventures.

Just got finished with the extras. Good to hear that the next set is already underway, and intrigued to hear about what Doctor Who baddy will be in the next one:)

One episode in, and not knowing if it ties into the rest of the set, I was distinctly underwhelmed. The Splintered Man is rather a mess. Maybe the weakest thing I've heard from Big Finish this year. And probably the weakest episode of Counter Measures, New or otherwise as well.

The Ship of Sleepwalkers was a very much a step up from the first installment. I especially like it when Allison shows her resourcefulness and that was the case with this episode.

Are there any individual covers for the stories?

Are there any individual covers for the stories? Not any more. It's five CDs in a 3DA-style double jewel case - though oddly, still in a slipcase. I thought that was disappointing for a premium-priced release (as well as ruining 'shelf continuity' for those who like their CDs orderly and consistent across a range!)
