Overall I liked it. Still worried about Bill. Hard to judge based on clips from only about three stories, but it feels like they're going for a Donna vibe which is really hard to get right.

Looks great, and it looks like a lot of the rumours were true...

One thing I will say: the Thames episode looks amazing from a production standpoint. The ice and wintry effects looks really good, and saying period pieces on the Beeb look great is like saying the sky is blue at this point.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Bill looks pretty wonderful, and she seems like the kind of foil Capaldi's Doctor needs.

Looks good so far. Bit hard to judge Bill from a few edited together clips, though it seems they're going for a Rose/Donna combination (ordinary dull life, even down to the chips, plus some of Donna's attitude)

I had no idea Nicholas Burns was in this series till the teaser. I loved Nathan Barley back in the day so that's exciting. And of course David Suchet being in Who is one of those things that just seems like it should have happened a dozen times over.

I like the clips, but I don't like the teaser, if that makes any sense. I'm a bit wary about Bill, but her wide-eyed wonder seems appropriate for the Twelfth Doctor (even if the kitchen line is a bit goofy). It could definitely work if they keep the dynamic between him and the decidedly cat-like Nardole intact. In retrospect, his friendship with Clara seemed to be running on life support even before the incident with Pink. This feels better, livelier.

I found the trailer to be refreshing, funny and scary. As nucleusofswarmv2 says, the wintry effects for one of the stories looks extremely atmospheric. Looking back, I feel that perhaps the latter half of series 9 did get a little 'heavy' for viewers who aren't neccessarily fans of Doctor Who, so it is nice that we seem to be getting back to good, forward looking adventures with a more likeable Doctor and a companion unphased by continuity. I would love for the ratings to rise for this forthcoming series.
Regarding Bill, I think Steven Moffatt will be aware of Donna comparisons amongst the fans, and (a) won't let that bother him because the fans will watch anyway, and (b) is far above trying to replicate a character from the fairly recent past.
I'm really looking forward to it all.

Cheers, though it might be more appropriate to thank the various anonymous spoiler hounds on Twitter, plus the Gallifrey Base and Digital Spy forums, they are the source of all this information, I'm just conveying it to others.

Definitely getting Series 1/2 vibes about this, even from that brief teaser it seems to be righter and breezier than the Capaldi episodes so far-which as much as I've loved the majority so far, can only be a good thing, semi-rebooting the show every couple of years keeps it fresh and I'm glad that Bill appears to be a normal down to earth woman, hopefully the combination of Nardole's alien comedy, the Doctors experience and Bill's down to earth perspective on things will bring a new tone to the show and empathize a new sense of discovery.

"I'm Bill. I serve chips." was a solid introduction I thought. The clips were just all over the place, as you'd expect from a trailer for a whole season. I'm looking forward to it.

There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you.

I really enjoyed it: it gives a nice breadth of tone for the season as well as showing us that Bill has definitely got some personality (I love the kitchen line).

This is a very exciting trailer. It looks amazing and I quite like the way Bill is turning out to be from what we have seen. Here's to a new season!

Hello again. Finally, Season 10, eleven years after Nu-Who began is just around the corner.
A new TARDIS team, an unpredictable Doctor with a new companion questioning the whole time-travelling setup and a loveable alien who I suspect will be the heart of the new team.
"And now we go everywhere...any space...any time... and now I see everything differently..."
I for one can't wait to join them all on their adventures...
