Hey everyone,
I wonder if we'll ever see further Dramatic Readings at some point? I understand that compartivily, they didn't sell as well as the larger-cast releases, but it might still be nice to see the odd release here or there in anticipation of the series-length stories.

Joe Lidster confirmed on one of the Collinsport Historical Society podcasts that the Short Stories have succeeded the Dramatic Readings range.

In that case, I vote to whoever in charge might be reading this that the short stories be moved from the "special releases" sub-header into the dramatic readings one. And that Blood & Fire be grouped with the full-casts. And that Bloodlust & Bloodline get grouped under "miniseries".

He also said fifty was a nice round number to conclude the Dramatic Readings. It's a convenient full circle, ending at the beginning of the show, its very first episode

I know Bloodlust was a miniseries but how is that different from Kingdom of the Dead--that's a miniseries also. I have Bloodlust as FCD3.1 through FCD3.13 with Snowflake as FCD3.0. Then I have Blood & Fire as FCD4.0. Was assuming Bloodline was FCD5.1 through FCD5.13 (if it does, indeed have 13 eps.)

Bloodlust is off in its own category, and while Blood & Fire is under the "Special Releases" banner, it's numbered as "Full Cast" 3.0 with a production code of BFDSCD09 (01 through 08 being House of Despair through KotD Part 4).

Oh...I thought the 3 on Blood & Fire's page meant Special Release #3. Notice how the two Music releases are #'s 1 and 2. The CD itself doesn't have a number on its spine.

If it were up to me, and it's not (LOL!) I would use the numbering system I used on my timeline, keeping Bloodlust and Blood & Fire as Full Casts, Series 3 and 4 respectively, with Bloodline as Series 5. I would put the Short Story Collections as audiobooks #51 and upward from there. All the individual eps would get the decimal point designation the same as series 1 and series 2. But, no one asked me and no one will, and that's probably a good thing. When and if BFP comes up with their choice of consistent numbering system, I'll make the corrections to the timeline to sync with them.

I would generally agree with that, though I wouldn't complain if they wanted to keep the distinction between the "box set" full-cast releases and the mini-series.

This is very much the same thing I'm doing with them in my file folder except I haven't taken the step yet of numbering the short stories as if they're part of the main audiobook series, but the more of them there are the tidier it will be to do exactly that.
