In the Forest of the Night
The trees just disappear at the end and apparently everything is back to normal. What about the damage done by the roots? What about the animals loosed from the zoo, the toppled statues, and other incidental damage that would certainly be world-wide?

In the Forest of the Night
Why is Ruby suddenly an expert about trees when five minutes earlier she didn't even know that the rings are indications for the age ?

As much as I disagree with your other "plot holes", In The Forest of the Night is pretty much one giant plot hole. I try to block that episode from my mind. Even I can't forgive that episode.

Where did Captain Jack get the gun from Bad Wolf? He made it out of the defabricator that the two robots were using

Where did Captain Jack get the gun from Bad Wolf? It was, ahem, between his cheeks. Which means that so far the only RTD plothole in this thread was actually a different type of whole completely.

Asylum of the Daleks
Why does the Dalek Prime Minister say they have the Asylum because it is "offensive to extinguish such beauty", but they end up destroying it anyways?

List your Moffat plotholes, here! I'll start with Time Heist. How did the Doctor and Clara escape the sand planet when they were tied up? No explanation guven! So the sand planet doesn't bother me because it was clearly just a snippet of a previous adventure taking place off screen. Biggest plothole for me was in classic who. How did the master escape from the end of Castrovalva, Time Flight, Planet of Fire, Mark of the Rani, etc.

He made it out of the defabricator that the two robots were using No he didn't! Sorry I thought you meant his big gun he has in the second half of the story I don't think what jack places in his bum cheeks is really a plot hole, more a disturbing thought 😂

Asylum of the Daleks
Amy and Rory are exposed to the nanogene cloud, so at some point in their future life, the nanites could overcome them. All it needs is one argument!

Lets Kill Hitler
When the pilot evacuates the robot, why aren't Rory and Amy beamed up too? They are both wearing bracelets!

Dinosaurs on a Ship
The Silurian ship left Earth 65 million years ago. At some point Solomon reversed course. The ship is very near Earth. For this to make sense, the ship must have reversed course approx 32.5 million years ago. Solomon can't possibly be over 30 million years old.

Serious question for people: how big does a plot hole have to be for you to be taken out of, or stop you, enjoying a story?

I had considered writing an opposing list of every damn thing that has a plot hole in classic Who, and every plot hole in BF (which to be honest I think is mostly their unwillingness to either fully incorporate or fully exclude material from the novels and try to please everyone and end up pleasing no one) BUT...I have a life. Paul, have fun here on your own. I'm not actually disagreeing with all your examples but you need another hobby. See ye all on a different thread.

The Lodger
There are stairs that lead up to the attic!
There is no attic, so where did the stairs come from?
And if the ship was camouflaged, why is their house the only one that ends up not have an attic? All the rest in the street have one?
