Okay, I've officially got no idea at this point. The other stuff sort of fit, but they choose their words specifically in teasers like this and "Installing" has completely blown any theory I might have had out of the water. The thing that's really got me stuck is whether 19:20 has any actual significance, or whether it's an arbitrary time they've chosen to make the announcement, one that might confuse people (as it is doing with me right now). If it's anything to do with both Torchwood and the year 1920, all I've got is the current Twitter thinking - Kathy Nightingale from Blink was sent back to 1920, so it's somehow her involved with Torchwood. I'm of the opinion that that really isn't worth this sort of teasing though, so I'm sticking with my guns and saying it's Martha. But no more than that.

I reckon it’s either a Boxset, or a series that follows on from Miracle Day, with Jack, Rex, Martha and possibly Gwen.
19/20 fits with when Miracle Day began.
9th September is when Miracle Day ended.
Martha Jones does indeed have the voice of a nightingale.
The emphasis on “Shes Coming Back” heavily indicates it’s someone a bit more important than Kathy Nightingale or Sally Sparrow, so probably a series lead like Martha, unless this turns out to be an announcement that Gwen is back permanently for Series 7.
I’d imagine that “installing” is relevant to the plot of the actual set/series rather than anything we’ve seen before.
They’ve been talking about Rex on twitter, so there’s relevance there. It’d also make sense to put emphasis on Martha’s return seeing as Miracle Day isn’t very well recieved, and Martha is the only RTD era companion not to return now, unless you count Mickey.

If this is teasing a Main Range episode, the last of season 5 (Episode #36 I mean) is directed and script edited by Scott Handcock and not by David Llewellyn and James Goss as they usually are. I imagine it could come out next February if they just recorded it.

I'm going to guess that this could be a boxset with Martha showing what she was doing while the Miracle was happening. Or maybe a boxset bridging the gap between episodes 7 and 8 of Miracle Day. Both of these guesses are probably wrong

Watch it be someone completely unexpected, like Lois Habiba or Jilly Kitzinger.

Let the speculation commence! My turn to have a guess... Though I'd be thrilled if the above image was a sign that Freema was indeed returning to the role of Martha, the fact that it is clearly going to be a Torchwood title makes me think that we might be being fed a bit of a red herring by Big Finish. Because surely if it was Freema then the bigger draw would be to place her alongside David Tennant for Volume 4 of the Tenth Doctor Adventures? That makes me think that the image from this morning isn't a nightingale, but another song bird altogether. A mockingbird perhaps. Which if you go by the symbolism of the classic novel by Harper Lee would represent an innocent destroyed by evil. And as others have already pointed out the significance of today's date, what innocent (and a Tech expert to boot - installing..) was destroyed by evil exactly eight years ago? Esther Drummond. Calling it now. Esther is the one coming back, resurrected by the Families' as a part of their 'Plan B' and their revenge against Torchwood (Plan B was mentioned by their agent to Jilly eight years ago today) and in just under forty minutes we'll get a teaser to Series 7 and the sequel to Miracle Day - Miracles Among Us. Of course, the odds are high that I'm so far over the top with my speculating that I'm already half way down the other side..but it's been fun putting two and two together and making fifteen...😋

I’m surprised she wasn’t saved for a Torchwood boxset.
Well, we all know what this means for the 10DA’s.

I reckon it'll be difficult for Freema to find the time for a boxset, she's the lead in a US series right now.

Well, ain't that something. Martha was never a favorite of mine, but I thought the character had potential and started coming into her own on Torchwood and later Who guest appearances. So I'm glad they're going with that version of her! Though, I wouldn't say no to a 10 box set that maybe doesn't mire her in Rose aftermath all the frickin' time.
Edit: The more I think about this, the more I'm curious to know how a medical person like Martha handled the events of Miracle Day.

I reckon it'll be difficult for Freema to find the time for a boxset, she's the lead in a US series right now. That isn't a deal breaker. The Dark Shadows releases have recorded actors while they were in America. Eric Roberts was recorded for the River Song box set while in America. Creative scheduling is something BF has proved to be quite adept at.

Well, Big Finish managed to produce a 10DA box set with Ten and Rose WITHOUT having them flirting all the bloody time. Martha just having fun with the Doctor without him mentioning Rose is entirely possible I think.
