UPDATE on the website when you order:
" Coronavirus update June 8, 2020 Our warehouse is now open again, operating a split-shift rota. The backlog of CD orders is being processed. If you place a physical order it will be fulfilled, but you will still have to wait longer for your CDs to arrive, particularly if you are overseas. You can find more information here: www.bigfinish.com/news/v/big-finish-warehouse-to-re-open"
Follow the link - there is a full page update from Jason.
Ummm..wasn't all of this published exactly a month ago? Am I missing something? 🤔

Something really interesting to note here on the big finish website where it has the pop up slider flying across the second image which talks about doctor who: the photo: www.bigfinish.com/image/slider/302/medium.jpgNotice that David Tennant and John Hurt have done Big Finish audios as their doctors but Christopher Eccleston is there seems a bit odd to have him on there if he hasn't recorded anything (they could have used Matt Smith's 11th Doctor or The 12th Doctor) so i think yeah make of that as you will

Although I do admit when I saw the image on the website next to the words "Full-Cast" I did make the same conclusion you did before I remembered

Does every character in the Whoniverse have to take part in the Time War ?

Interesting wonder if that means any more classic doctors will find themselves in the time war The 7th Doctor would likely end the time war quickly if that was the case imo

Does every character in the Whoniverse have to take part in the Time War ? I think I've got Time War fatigue!
That's fine though. It's clearly a big seller, and BF are certainly making the most of it. It just means I've got more cash to spend on other things. That 'Masterful' set is looking very tempting ...
Ive just seen the news story. "... with a small “rep company” of brilliant actors including Nicholas Briggs ..."
Right then.

What’s wrong with nick Briggs acting? Seems a bit harsh

I'd say I'm tired of the Time War especially when the Daleks are involved. I mean don't get me wrong, Nick Briggs is an excellent actor in my opinion - His Sherlock Holmes is truly impressive and endearing - but I've been bored by the Daleks for years now and that's precisely the reason why I think the Eighth Doctor Time war series is the weakest of any Time War ranges. I much prefer the War Master and Gallifrey ranges because they deal with other threats than the Daleks in almost every episode.
I'll listen to Shadow of the Daleks because it's part of the Main Range and I may find that it's really good in the end - I love every writer involved in these upcoming stories -, but I'm not really that enthusiastic about it at the moment. Wait and see, as the saying goes.

What’s wrong with nick Briggs acting? Seems a bit harsh For me the merit of a person's acting ability is very subjective and opinions will differ. How brilliant an actor Nick Briggs is up to each individual person as far as I'm concerned. For me personally, it sits oddly with me when one of the people running the company, is lauded by the company in superlatives... Reminds me of an old joke that Red Skelton had: "I was walking down the street and someone yells out 'Oh my God! Look everybody - Red Skelton's in the crowd!' Everybody turned and started looking at me and I was so embarrassed... ...almost makes me wish I hadn't yelled."
