Are there any audios where the Doctor is just being... "Normal". I'd love to listen to something where he is just chilling and being somewhat casual. Like the episodes with Stormageddon.

Hmm. This isn't the Doctor being normal, but An Ordinary Life is a nice low-key story where Steven and Sara are forced to have a normal day-to-day existence after becoming stranded in 1950s London. It's got great atmosphere and I'd argue the alien invasion is the least interesting thing about it!

Year of the Pig. Just so, so much of that story is devoted to the atmosphere, I don't think you could really treat it as anything other than the Doctor on holiday. Really, genuinely on holiday.

In The Settling the Doctor spends most of his time keeping a pregnant woman alive while Hex hobnobs it with the historical guest star.

Other Lives. The Doctor takes on the identity of the husband of a Victorian woman. He becomes quite domesticated in this one.

Circular Time: Autumn. The Doctor plays cricket and Nyssa has a romance. No aliens or antagonists of any kind. Not even the TARDIS appears and the Doctor and Nyssa are staying at the local pub.

Great question. So many of the stories mentioned in this thread (Year of the Pig, Other Lives, Autumn) are among my absolute favourites.

Autumn is definitely a great "normal" day for the Fifth Doctor and same for Ofher Lives and the Eighth Doctor. One of the subscriber short trips, The Christmas Dimension, was pretty small-scale and very light for the Third Doctor. A lot of The Library of Alexandria and The Rocket Men have the First Doctor enjoying himself, but obviously things turn south in the story at one point in both. I'd say The Romans is still the closest we've come.
It's hard for think of a normal story for the Second Doctor, though. Normal moments for the Second Doctor would probably be broken up with some tinkering or wrong piloting that sends the team off on some new adventure.
Same for the Fourth, too. I imagine an ordinary day for the Fourth Doctor, especially during Season 17, would be pretty unordinary or at least involve a very fondly irritated Romana and a Pencil Museum (off the top of my head) or something.

Short Trips Vol. 2 has Chain Reaction, a story about the Fourth Doctor amusing himself while Sarah is busy.

In The Settling the Doctor spends most of his time keeping a pregnant woman alive while Hex hobnobs it with the historical guest star. Though the setting is far from casual if memory serves. Just about the opposite, in fact.
