I'm mostly familiar with the Perez/Wolfman era of the Titans, so I don't know if you're looking for an answer from me, but I didn't care for it too much, but my dislike for it stems from something orthogonal to my opinion of the Titans comics.
The thing that bothered me was how much the creators hated Superman. He's the priggish standoffish jerk compared to "Cool Uncle" Batman. A Batman with more compassion than Superman is as wrong as a Batman who is physically stronger than Superman. It's such a fundamental misunderstanding of the character that I gave up after half a season.
Edit: And it just occurred to me that you might be asking about the Young Justice comic book from the 90s, in which case my answer is that I loved it. I really enjoyed the art and Impulse is always fun.

I really enjoyed the art and Impulse is always fun. I think it was a attempt to take Supes in an 'intresting' direction and make him 'reletable' and they botched the landing, something I'm not in favour of. The vibe I got that the intention that it was still early days, he's trying to sort his life out, he's not involved with Lois, Kara isn't on the scene and he's concerned about the legacy he upholds. But, yeah, there's no way Supes would treat Superboy that way. I'm willing to wager the intent was to bring in Jonathan Kent's death earlier and have it explain Supes behaviour, but it got quashed due to Man of Steel, which also isn't really Supes typical and they were stuck with it. If you watch the series, Bruce doesn't come off lightly either, though - the series really does intresting things with Dick and the Batman/Robin relationship and the Justice League bring Bruce to task in how he's handling the kids and his own trauma. And without going into spoilers, the series does something fascinating with archtypical super hero concepts and rexamines from a very intresting angle without deciding to break them. There's also Kaldurah'm who is a fine addition to the DC mythos and whose story is handled differently in the comics. Young Justice was the show that lured me to DC and I'm still learning (I'm happy to be corrected), but the vibe I got from what I've encountered is that the makers of the show had to reapproach the Titan elements from a different angle due to the fundmentals being so misrepresented by the Teen Titans animated series and it's seems that the plan was to introduce many classic Titan players later.

Yeah. Frankly, Superman has never been treated well in the DC Animated Universe. In Superman: The Animated Series Superman is the villain in the series finale, having been brainwashed into acting as Darkseid's enforcer. His "World of cardboard" speech is held up as a crowning moment of awesome, but he goes down like a chump immediately after he delivers it. In Justice League/JLU, if someone had to be stupid so Batman could look smart, it was usually Superman. If you watch the series, Bruce doesn't come off lightly either, though - the series really does intresting things with Dick and the Batman/Robin relationship and the Justice League bring Bruce to task in how he's handling the kids and his own trauma. A good friend with taste similar to mine said something along those lines, but I just don't feel like slogging through the bad parts to get to that point. Young Justice fans hate the original Teen Titans? I knew that they bear Teen Titans Go a fair amount of animosity (something not helped by clips like this one), but I felt that the first TT series was good, with season 5 being some of the best superhero animation I've seen.
