It's tempting to say 'Get 'em all,', but although I find the Tony and Cassandra releases charming and wonderful, the Windcliff Bundle is a collection of genuine poetic beauty, which counts among my favourite BF releases - so I'd recommend those I'd say thanks, but now you've made the decision harder. If you don't have much of a background in the show, go for Tony and Cassandra. If you do, or don't mind slower paced stories the Windcliff bundle is worth getting.

So, a quick question for anyone who might be able to answer... I was considering getting physical copies of the first three Tony & Cassandra stories (BF seems to forego that extra 'shipping charge' when ordering a bundle, though I may be wrong about that), but for a couple bucks less I could order both volumes of Angelique's Descent instead (had to stop myself from instinctively typing 'Revenge' again...). Is Descent worth getting? I would probably be only getting it to complete my collection, but I hesitate on it as it seems to just be an abridged audiobook rather than the usual BF fare. Any thoughts on this one?

Any thoughts on this one? Big Finish's version of Angelique's Descent is not just an abridged audio. It was edited from 16.5 hours to about 4 (or at least 4 CDs) mainly to remove an interwoven modern storyline which slightly conflicted with BF's continuation of DS. But the main thing is it was recorded 10 years earlier than Audible's unabridged version, so Lara Parker's voice is stronger plus it has great sound effects and music. I love it. There are some scenes in the BF version that far outshine the unabridged version, but for me to specify would be in the nature of spoilers.
