Dalek Universe was successful due to the marketing and David Tennant, calling the series Dalek Universe with the daleks only appearing as cameos in Vol 1 and 2 did come across as Misleading in title but i can see why it was really successful
im honestly pretty flabbergasted at Stranded's success too
Still regarding David Richardson for the recording of Tom, Paul and Peter Davison's Stories i wonder which Series they are recording for Tom? and if The Paul and Peter Stories are for 2024?
That Torchwood was either refunded or rolled over into another Torchwood release, right? It isn’t like people are out their money paid, correct?

It was too subtle for me, I missed it. What did he say?

Correct but Technically those Customers who refused either option seem to believe BF still have their money, therefore should release it. Regards mark687 Exactly People refused both options? They really chose deliberately to loose their money just to complain about it. People are weird.

Maybe some people refused due to various reasons like not supporting cancel culture or they paid for something that they want and refuse to give up when it gets pulled I went with the 'might as well get a story' option. Not going to discuss cancel culture (that I really feel doesn't exist, since most canceled people seem to be doing pretty well after being canceled). It just feels odd to throw away money at a time when every penny counts.

Things change. things get canceled for any number of reasons. One doesn’t get to imply BF of ripping customers off when alternatives are offered and those offers of restitution are refused.

I could see maybe a Short Trip which focuses on him being interrogated by a member of the Shadow Proclamation. If only because I like the image of his penguin form sat opposite a Judoon.

Finally after Interminable tangents Nick Begrudging says character collection pages for every companion might be helpful for customers to navigate, the E-Mail writer also hopes that the boxsets will have volume numbers on them and minimal jumping about, also suggests a ST might be ideal for a Frobisher return. I’m not sure why you’d begrudgingly implement a feature like that, but I haven’t heard the podcast to know the intricacies. I think it’s a good idea. The search function on the website isn’t very good as it is looking for titles, never mind individual characters. It’ll be interesting to see how the “minimal jumping about” works in the new era of box sets. I can see the pros and cons, but if you’re just not invested in the direction a range is going in, or a particular TARDIS team, then you really are locked out for the foreseeable. Especially with only two sets a year and the intention of telling an era with those. That then also has a knock on effect with the many TARDIS teams that already exist in the Big Finish roster and how often they’ll make an appearance. You run the risk of never hearing from them again if time passes and they either vanish from recent conscience or the actors move on, especially if they’re targeting new customers with the box set format.

Its a criticism of BF I will always go with the 1st time or casual customer finds the Website hard to navigate and keep writing in to say so, so hire someone to make it more casual user friendly (they hired outside consultation to change the company Tag Line for Goodness Sakes!) The last couple years I would say it was out and listeneable much earlier than now, just going by that long term pattern...
