The important question, though, which needs tackling - what, if anything, is "Moonbase Utensil"?! Is this just some Bob-esque nonsense? Is this a really bad gig for Mervyn Stone to write? Or.... or.... is this Big Finish's gritty, audio-only sequel to a classic Peter Davison-theme'd children's television series, in which Mr. Spoon has established a permanent manned community on Button Moon?!! Good question! I was intrigued as well( I suspect all will be revealed in the fullness of time)

I mainly talked about it on the Dorian board but definitely give this past week's podcast a listen, if you haven't already another excellent one. I really enjoy the interview format & the Paul Spragg clips.

New podcast with a pathfinders flavour. Interesting to hear a big more about that range - and news that there will be a third series. Next week, Blakes 7. Wonder if we'll get news of what is coming up for the Liberator?

Something awry with this recording, unfortunately. On the headphones one person is speaking into one ear, and the other into the other; on the computer, Nick's voice cannot be heard at all.

I take it you mean the version on the BF site. I didn't get that one, since they said to follow the link to MarkWHO's complete interview, which I'm listening to right now. (Briggs on the right channel sounds fine)

I didn't listen to it yet, just saw posts about it from my friend Mark (and some of his co-podcasters). Edit: Just listened on the Big Finish site, and I'm not having a problem hearing Nick Briggs at all. But, as glutamodo says, I've never had any problems with listening to MarkWho42's podcasts when I get them straight from his site (or from iTunes). I generally enjoy his podcasts when they interview special guests. His interview with Katy Manning, Wild Thymes with Katy Manning, was a hot riot. He had a good interview with Sophie Aldred that was pretty fun, too.

On the latest Blake's 7 topic podcast: In order to successfully recreate a Blake's 7 full cast experience. Cavan Scott appropriately justifies the recasting of Gan in the future by saying: "We can't have Gan always going off to the toilet."

What were the DW hints? (no chance for any listening today, with it being a bank holiday)

What were the DW hints? (no chance for any listening today, with it being a bank holiday) New Series CC's being a strong possibility Adric has been scheduled for the MR's or a new boxset at some point

A few scoops I found interesting: Big Finish has said a big Probably Never to Richard E Grant returning as the Doctor, but would be more keen on him reprising the Great Intelligence.
Anneke & Elliot may do a First Doctor story at some point.
Nick Briggs and Matt Smith have spoken about BF in person (briefly), but there is no "secret answer" to the question of when we'll get Eleventh Doctor audios.

Yes, it's a great interview. Did we know about Matthew Waterhouse was doing an Adric story this year? If we didn't, I sure wasn't aware. That was a bit of news for me.
I saw Hand To God on Broadway. A weird, disturbing, amazing play.

Great podcast, glad to hear Briggs has expressed interest in doing more Mary/8 stories, as the four existing stories were all hugely enjoyable...
Out of interest has Haigh Ellery had any direct involvement in the production side of things? i.e writing, acting or directing in a story?
